I didn't even realize how much I missed it until that first sip. There was another mango smoothie on the menu with a mix of fruits that I almost tried, but the woman helping us at the counter suggested I stick with the Mango A Go Go and add strawberries. I probably wouldn't have thought to do that on my own, but it was exactly what we were looking for. It kept that classic mango flavor but added just enough of a twist to make it feel new, and now it might be our new go-to. My daughter loved it just as much, which made it even better. I stopped by Jamba Juice in Delta Shores today because I had a craving. It has been a while since I was there. Brittany, a shift lead, was there and greeted me warmly and promptly. She was busy with another customer, so I helped myself to the kiosk. I had never used it before, but I managed to use it successfully. By the time Brittany was done with the customer, I was already done. I got the orange creamsicle flavor with a shot of whey, and it was great. Brittany told me about the rewards program, which I may check out since it was springtime, and I definitely want to start going to Jamba again. Brittany gave me great service, and it was pretty quick, considering only one person was present. There should always be two people at the store to help out, but I didn't have to wait long. I'm surprised not to find a Yelp review for this Jamba in Delta Shores Shopping Center. I have been here many times, and I decided to give them a review. But I have to do it after returning home because the phone data is not working there. I guess this is one of the reasons they don't have Yelp reviews! I am there a little before 6:30 pm today - Thursday evening. Not too many customers inside. The two employees are handling their jobs very well. The young lady took my order, and another gentleman made the drinks. The lady also helps when she doesn't have customers at the front counter. They seem to be enjoying their jobs! I order a Large Smooth talkin' mango. It is ready in five minutes. Lots mango inside, but it doesn't taste too much mango. I guess it is not mango season now! I didn't change the sugar level, but the drink is not sweet. The parking spaces are very busy in front of Jamba. But the shopping center has a lot more parking available in behind the building. I love drinking Jamba and I usually have good services when I go. but this time it was different. it was an older African American lady, I believe her name is Rochel, she greeted me when I came in (obv. not the prob.) but when she took my order, she had, what I feel like, an attitude. the only reason why I go to the register instead of the kiosk is bc the drink I like to get, isn't on there, so I would have to go to the register and have someone help me. but overall, I personally think that if your day is bad and I didn't do anything to you, please dont have such an attitude with me. I didn't do anything wrong or give you an attitude in the first place. I dont mind coming here again, only bc its closer to my home, but hopefully she changes her attitude next time, fake it til you make it. read more

The staff in this location are so attentive and helpful. I came here during the late afternoon and everyone still looks happy and fresh as if they were just starting their shift. They will always ask you if there's anything else you may need. And it doesn't take more than a few minutes after your order to get the juice, strawed up and ready to go. Visited today, and they didn't have large cups. That's fine, no biggie. They substituted it with a medium and small cup. Same amount. They were cleaning equipment, no problem, I don't mind a wait. But it sounded like they had a new employee there today, and from what I observed, she was doing all the preperation by herself, with no help or guidance. No problem, we all start sometime. My issue is with the quality of smoothies I've been getting from this Jamba juice lately. All of the smoothies I ordered, were basically juice, I don't think they add much ice to their smoothies here. I've noticed this the last few times I've visited. Somehow, with little ice, one of the smoothies was nearly tasteless. Maybe like someone waterboarded an uncut Mango, then used the runoff in the smoothie with lots of added water. The others I'm not sure of as I had dropped them off to friends at work, and haven't heard back from them yet, about how theirs tasted. This review isn't *just* about this visit, but the last few. She was trying to rush the people ahead of us to receive their drink order by waving her hands. We received our drink. It was watery so we told Tabeal that it was too watery and her tone was rude and she explained that the person was new. OK, no problem, the person is new but there's no need to be rude. To resolve the watery drink, they added sherbert. The drink was not mixed well. Just overall bad experience when paying something that you should enjoy. This jamba juice is new and has the same decor and theme as other locations not too big but has adequate seating. Everything is clean and well cared for if it's too crowded inside there is seating outside too not much but something. The service here is excellent! I came in looking to get the only shake I drink from Jamba Juice the cookies n cream protein shake. The problem is I hate bananas! but the other location in Elk Grove substituted the banana for something but I couldn't remember what it was. And one of the girls said frozen yogurt? Not into hype or FOM0, I tried Jamba Juice For the First Time about a month ago. Boy was I missing out. I love the fact that you can do a protein boost to your smoothie. Granted I'm not a vegetarian, but I don't eat very much meat and since I go to the gym just about every day I need more protein in my diet. Not just smoothies but they also serve breakfast wraps, oatmeal, sandwiches and flatbreads. I hate kale, but I tried the amazing greens with kale and it's pretty good. Although prices have risen over the years... it's always refreshing to have a Jamba Juice in your hands. The location has excellent service from their staff, and the store is easy to find (next to Habit burger/across from Pieology). It has plenty of tables and even games. The store is always clean and open late. I feel like what sets this location apart from the rest is their kindness. If there is extra smoothie in their blender, they hand out the remaining in another cup with your original drink. I've been to other locations, and it would tear my heart seeing the staff so wasteful when they dump extras down the drain. However, twice this location handed us the extras (thank you!).
