This is the worst Jamba juice I have ever been to. I gave them several chances because it's the closest to my work but it's always a disappointment. 1st visit was ok drinks were good customer service was ok. 2nd time was a total disaster. Had to return my drink 3 times before they got it right. I said light to almost no banana and the gentleman added more bananas when I returned it. Gave me attitude in top of that. Returned again left unhappy. This last time my drink taste like pure milk.. extra peanut butter extra chocolate moo'd I don't think so. I will never set foot in here again. read more

Just went into the Jamba juice store and there's a paper up saying they're out of bananas strawberries and a whole bunch of other fruits. The funny thing is there in the parking lot of a grocery store that has a lot of those items. Jamba Juice is the best. I love their smoothies especially mango a go go. I have been to other jamba juices where the smoothie is good but the customer service was not. This one they make the great smoothies and make you feel Welcomed and are super nice. I have encountered many great employees and don't remember all their names but I do remember one was named Alize and she was super nice and friendly and made sure to get my order right. Visited the store this past Tuesday after picking up my mother from the hospital around noon. The staff onsite that day were very rude. No one greeted us when we walked in. There were a total of (3) employees onsite, (2) females and (1) male. We waited in the lobby for approximately 10 minutes before we were helped. There was no one else in line, however, one young lady proceeded to warm up (several) waffles slowly 1 by 1, the other young lady was in the back of the store, perhaps on break and appeared at the 10th minute, came to clock in using the register (noticing the line now forming and proceeded to go back to the back of the store,) and the male was distracted and clearly in a bad mood on the side line attempting to make smoothies. The young lady making waffles, then proceeds to the register and asks us if we had been helped. Now, I know that working at Jamba Juice requires little to no technical skill but what about interpersonal skills? The male proceeded to make our drinks, however, the folks that ordered after us received their orders before we did. When I noticed that they had gotten their order, I proceeded to the counter, and also noticed our drinks just sitting there. I legit had to tell the young lady that kept popping up from the back, that those were my drinks, she handed them to me, and said nothing. When it comes down to workplaces in social settings where you are responsible for preparing items that someone is to consume, this type of behavior and customer service is unprofessional, lacks competency, and quite frankly, there was no way that I was drinking that drink. Something in me told me not to trust it. Not of fear that something was done to it, but with the lack of care shown blatantly to customers, how much care do they actually put into the preparation of our food and/or drinks, what about storing the ingredients and upkeeping the part of the shop we don't see? This store has several bad reviews, and as an executive I can attest from experience, they are all valid and true. Be careful! read more

Please hire new employees or implement trainings. This is probably one of the worst locations I ever been to. This is my fifth time coming to this location and all experiences were horrible. For some reason, this location never have ingredients. And to top it off, the employees customer service is horrible, including their attitude and energy. I showed up and there was no other patrons inside, just me. The two girls behind the counter were cleaning and one of them saw me and kept cleaning. No "hi welcome" "we'll be right with you", nothing. I was this close to say "are you closed?" since I was being ignored when the same girl said "what can I get you?" I swear I felt like I was such a bother to her, you can really tell she hates her job. Anyway I ordered an Açaí bowl and 10 minutes later, being the ONLY customer there I got my bowl and walked away. It cost $7.59. It look pretty. Forgot to take a picture because I was too hungry and just wanted to eat it. Although I live moments away this was my first visit at this Jamba Juice. When I arrived about 12:15 on a Friday I was the only one customer in the store. Katherine came from the back she never acknowledged my presence (how can you miss the elephant in the room) not a single word. A older Hispanic gentleman walked in and as soon as he open the door she says loud and clear, " Welcome to Jamba Juice, How can I help you?" I proceeded over to her and asked, "are you taking orders?" She replied "yes" I walked out. Jamba Juice is always my spot after a great workout although after today's experience it's going to remain the lakewood location I usually stop by. I like trying new places because I'd think they all offer the same amazing customer service, clearly not. I went this morning and the guy who helped my friend and I was rude and awkward. We were taking a look at the menu and he quietly walks to a register away from us. The guy didn't even greet us. My friend and I looked at him and he said when ever we're ready. We walk over and order and as expected the same exact treatment was given, vague and rude. Most likely going to be the first and last visit here. I'm mostly disappointed because this is a new location and I'd expect great customer service. The drink itself was good, customer service needs work. They messed up my drink TWICE already, the girls in here do not smile or greet you and if they do greet you they don't seem happy. They seem bored and seem to hate their job so maybe they shouldn't work here. I waited at the register and then the girl came to the one next to it and stood there without acknowledging me, I had to ask her if she was using the different register. First time visiting I ordered online went to pick up my order and the young girl working there asked what I ordered I told her I was picking up and she says we don't see names what did you order so I'm thinking well Gee I was never talked back to in that manner and I was never told in previous times that I ordered from jamba that I needed to repeat my order in previous visits with a name they were able to give me what I ordered. No type of customer service here at this location. Decided to give it another try and order again to my surprise I was told my order was not started because they do not do online orders at the time of 11am and that they tried to contact me but I had no missed calls and when I replied with where did you call ? The employee did not answer me but the other one walking in to the store from lunch or break or starting her shift corrected her and said they do online orders only until 2pm the employee said oh well I'll make it right now and continued to take orders from other customers which I understand but she did not make my drinks til after she made everyone else's drink and I did not get her name because I was livid and grabbed my drinks and left but definitely not returning to a place that does not seem like a business because for the price of the smoothies with that attitude no I'd rather give my money to a mom and pop smoothie place over the un professionalism and attitude of the employees here. They must not be screened properly to work here as they know nothing about customer service. If you do not like your job please go elsewhere because the employees are what drives customers away from businesses. Honesty worst customer service, 5 girls two customers and I came in to pick up my order mobile so I went to where it says mobile order and the girls tells me "can we help you" with an attitude like I'm in the mobile order section of course I'm here for my mobile order she could of approached me a different way and also she makes me wait there 5 minutes standing because she was talking to her colleagues about another customer. I arrived at 7:30, and the person in charge couln't serve stating that she was cleaning the juicers and that they were done for the day even though Jamba Juice closes at 8:00. I asked her for the corporate number, and she gave me a sex hotline number. I had my baby in the backseat while calling this number on speaker. I went back to the Jamba juice to see her and her coworker laughing as I walked in. I told her she gave me a sex hotline number, she stated "That's the number we have for corporate let me go back to look for another number." I waited there standing for 15 minutes while my daugher and baby were in the car, she never came back out so I decided to leave because I had to go home to put my baby to sleep. Jamba Juice should do proper training on their employees, for A closing 30 minutes early B giving me a sex line number while my 15 year old daugher and baby in the backseat while I called on speaker and C for being unprofessional, hid in the back , never coming back out and wasting mine and my family time. read more

I LOVE JAMBA JUICE! Although this was my first time at this new location. As soon as I walked in I was surprised with amazing customer service. I wanted to get a new drink, something I don't usually get, and they were so patient. The area is also very nice, and the fruits are always fresh. They have seating areas both inside and outside. This Jamba Juice continuously runs out of either oranges or bananas or kale or cucumber. They need to do a better job at inventory. I make online orders and instead of them calling me to let me know they wait until I get there to let me know they are out. If I'm ordering online it means I need it quickly I don't have the time to wait. This has been continuos since its opening. I have given them the benefit but it just gets worse each time. read more

Horrible customer service!!! The so called manager named Bernadette was very rude. First of all, we come here AT LEAST once a week & we've never had an issue AT ALL with any of the other employees. When we ordered, my dad showed them his military ID for the 10%. She didn't even know how to take the discount off. She had to call for help. Then I showed her my $25 gift card & she tried to say that they don't accept gift cards because their scanner is broken. I told her "They never scan my gift cards, they manually put it in" & that's when her attitude started to kick in. She still tried to scan the card on the scanner a few times (I thought it was broken remember) then she finally typed in the numbers & of course it went through. So then we wenr outside to sit on the chairs & wait for our order. We get our order and immediately after that she comes out & says "We're closed now". We're OUTSIDE (not in the store) just drinking our drinks that we just received & she's basically trying to make us leave already. My dad told her "You need to be nice, it's unprofessional, that's not good customer service & we come here all the time" and she was like I AM NICE!!!!
