Staff: The young lady was really sweet here. Sorry no name tags. Quality: Strawberry Wild drink was so good. Blend it strawberry and banana. Value: $9.00 for a medium so not bad I guess. Overall: I was impressed by the service, quality, and speed of order. read more

Everything is SO overly sweet. Good if you're craving for a hardcore dessert. More like an indulgence rather than a health food. read more

Extremely poor Service. The girls working here didn't know anything about the products for sale. No matter how many questions I asked they just didn't know anything they were selling. It made it impossible for me to purchase anything (so many of the options looked different than last time I was here), so I just had to walk away. Be warned. read more

Jamba - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Mission Viejo, California

My daughter and I have supported Jamba Juice for years as well as this branch located at The Shops at Mission Viejo. We always enjoy a good fruit smoothie while on the go. We have our usual favorites mostly from their classic menu, but it has turned into quite the splurge now anytime we are craving one of their sweet made-to-order drinks. The next time around that we are craving something sweet, we may have to think twice as their prices have really skyrocketed up over the years. read more

I wanted to go to Everbowl as I was craving a hearty chewy bowl, but had a gift card for Jamba that I wanted out of my wallet. I got the "chewy strawberry bowl" or whatever its called. I specifically asked for the thickest one. It was thin and runny, basically a smoothie in a bowl, but waaaay thinner. So weird. And, it was $8.29! Holy cow. I had a bowl of runny yogurt, with a banana, 2 strawberries and a tablespoon of granola for $8?? No beef with the staff, they were great, but I shoulda gone to Everbowl. read more

We were the first customer to place the order, which was fine. The spot was clean, as it should be. However, we ordered 4 large drinks and none of them were filled to the level they should have been. I will not be going back to this spot but my go- to spot, which is in Foothill Ranch. read more

Jamba - three cups of fruit juice on a tray - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Mission Viejo, California

I walked in and nobody there. Had to wait for quite a while because everyone is in the back. Also this place is super dirty gross. Dusty as hell and the floors are disgusting. I ran my fingers over the food display on the side and it was an inch of dust. Then ran my finger over the place in front of the window where they have the blenders and dust bunnies came off. Who's running this place? Don't come here. Gross read more

Jamba - Kale ginger and more! - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Mission Viejo, California

I feel the prices are too high and the drinks contain way too much sugar, see it as more of a milkshake than healthy treat. This location is in the malls food court and we only stopped in since we had some coupons. Their scanner was not working, an issue I have come across at several of their locations, but their employees were gracious enough to take care of it quickly. Very good service at this location and my kids enjoyed their drinks. read more

Worst place ever! It take me 20 minutes to get my juice. I just ordered cucumber for orange cooler.

Juice was good but more of a smoothie place. They have everyone's order jump a head of yours if you order juice. Smoothies have priority.

Worst customer service ever! First, they opened 5 minutes after 10 while the two workers went inside talking and ignoring the customers waiting outside. Once they opened, I I ordered a Caribbean passion and I asked them if they can put it in two kids cups since they don't offer any variety of juices for kids but the guys said I can't and that I can only get the size of a cup if I only buy kids juice. Other places have done it for me but this guy clearly didn't want to help. Don't waste your money. Go to nectar, they have better juices and better customer service read more

Fast friendly service amazing team -! The location and decorations are amazing ! Food was delicious

Horrible customer service. Went in today and was ignored for 5 mins while THREE female employees held a conversation by the register. I interrupted to ask if I was in the right place to order. They said yes, and continued their conversation without taking our order. I stood there for another minute, then asked my daughter if she really wanted the smoothie. She said no so we turned around and left. No acknowledgement or apology from the employees that were doing everything but their job. I don't even think they noticed. Will never go back. And from the reviews, it's clear the store lacks good leadership and that they are disinterested in improving the customer service. GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION. read more

Worst customer service ever. I stood for 5 minutes without being acknowledged and there were 2 employees inside. Then finally one of them came and asked about my order. I asked for a large orange juice. He said they don't make juices at this time. It was 7:15 and they close at 8:00. read more

Ashe was super cool, and the rest of the staff was really friendly! They got my order out super quick! Way better than the Jamba Juice off Winchester :) read more

Super bummer... got here... card reader didn't work and was told no bananas... then asked if I wanted to substitute because of the no bananas so we picked additional fruit... then was CHARGED for the substitution of fruit when they were the ones out of the bananas to begin with! Nobody mentioned the EXTRA charges until I got my receipt. Unfortunate... and nobody cared as they made it our problem and no remorse! Do better Corona Jamba Juice! read more

I was at the mall and while I was walking to good ol' Starbucks, I saw the Jamba Juice. The guilt of having eaten poorly lately hit me and I felt compelled to have some fruit in my life. The service was polite and quick, and the drinks were as expected. read more

This location continually has the worst customer service. Today I came in around 10:30 to get my daughter a smoothie. I was the only customer. No one was there, so I had to call out. A young guy came out, no smile, no hello, looking like he was annoyed that he had to come out and (gasp) WORK. Instead of coming to the register he went to one of the machines and started filling a cup? I don't even know what he was doing, but since my business wasn't a priority we left. I won't be spending $5-$6 for a drink for my child when you can't even smile or say hello. read more

I don't know what happened to this place. Use to be so much more consistent and hard working young employees were inviting and welcoming. Now, smoothie taste like flavored water and disgusting to say the least. I went in closer to closing time while my car was charging at the charging station. There was about 5-7 young men outside of Jamba Juice making quite a scene. Yelling profanity and laughing. My smoothies were getting prepared in the most absurd way. Girl kept stopping mid scooping and mid pouring constantly because her 2 friends came inside the store. At this point I was already disgusted. She talked over the pitcher she was holding all while talking away. It's COVID y'all, I don't wear a mask but it would be nice if my smoothie wasn't contaminated by someone talking and laughing all over it. She suddenly goes to the back and grabbed a smoothie and runs out. She was giving it one of the young man outside. I ordered two exact smoothie in different size. One had energy boost and the other didn't. Upon receiving, noticiable color difference. I asked if they were the same. Same girl said smoothie can vary in color depending on how much fruit was scooped. This wouldn't be an issue but I ended up tossing the smoothie after quick sip. Tasted like water ( both) and I couldn't get the image out of this girl breathing and spitting into my smoothie. There was one other worker who obviously was annoyed by this other employee who had gang of friends waiting for her outside. Profanity yelling didn't stop until I left the building exit towards the charging station. I would seriously advice this store to use fine comb and provide proper training to these young employees. I will never go back until employees wear proper protection and have hand washing procedure in place. If you walk out of the store or touch the register, there's no exception. Employee should wash their hands. Employees should also not have friends inside the store disrupting the workers. read more

So obviously from what i get, it's normally very basic. I get the strawberries wild, which is a delicious strawberry banana flavor. The man who was behind the counter today, (I forget his name) was very nice and even helped me add a shot of wheatgrass when I didn't know how to ask for it. This would obviously be a 5 star review... only that it was $6 for a small. Kind of Pricy, but the service and the taste really make up for it! Strawberry surf rider is my fave. There is almost always a very long wait, even when it isn't crowded. At my most recent visit, I waited for close to 3 minutes, just standing at the register, before anyone even took my order. There was no one in front of me! I would have left, but darn it, I really wanted a smoothie! 5 stars for the actual smoothie, 1 star for the service. read more

Can I get a 1/2 a star here! You never know how your drink will Turn out. Hit and miss here. They need to train the teens how to make proper drinks. Lots of times I end up with a watery drink. Today I had a watery one so I told the guy that I don't like them watery and he just added more sherbet ice , well that only made the drink taste like sherbet instead of the orange dream machine I wanted. A waste of money $6.50 Disappointing really wanted to enjoy this drink read more

I entered the store five minutes before they closed and felt like they already wanted me to leave so they could clean and close for the day. They were not making eye contact and when I asked if they have freshly-squeezed juice the cashier responded, "we do, but at this time the juicer is not available since we are closing." I ordered the vanilla blue sky and half way into eating it noticed that it did not contain all the ingredients mentioned on the menu. read more

If you want a good customer service, you should look further. This manager here has the most fake personality I have ever seen. The employees themselves seem okay, but the manager basically does everything with attitude and I have even seen her give her employees attitude. The smoothies are fine.
