Arrived at LAX Terminal 3 needing breakfast before my flight. Long line at the coffee places... Self-service at Jamba allows me to ask for exactly what I wanted. Service counter agents were efficient and helpful. Counter was quiet... Lots of tables and chairs available... All looked clean. Acai was tasty! I'd buy it again! read more

Jamba - Acai bowl with peanut butter and nutella - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Los Angeles, California

I'm not really sure why this location has so many bad reviews, because I've had a great experience every time I've stopped here before a morning Delta flight. I get the açai bowl every time, and it's been perfect each time. I used to get the large, but I stopped because it's just a bit too much for me first thing in the morning. That's obviously personal preference, though. The service has always been prompt and fast. Ordering can be a little fiddly sometimes, especially when people haven't used the setup before, but overall it's been consistently easy and reliable for me. read more

Love Jamba Juice but don't love this airport pricing. My daughters didn't want a whole meal for our late dinner so they opted for smoothies. Two smoothies cost $27!!! Oh em geeeeee... You can scan a QR code and order online for pick up or you can order at the counter. Jamba Juice is located in Terminal 3 by Delta Airlines My girls got the following smoothies in medium size at $12.99 each . I tried their smoothies and both pretty good. I loved the Mega Mango more so than the Açaí Super-Antioxidant. Açaí Super-Antioxidant: Vanilla soymilk, acai grape juice blend, strawberries, blueberries, raspberry sherbet, daily vitamin + zinc boost (Contains milk, soy). Mega Mango Pineapple juice, orange juice, mangos, strawberries Here are steps to select options and add any upgrades. 1) Pick Smoothie. 2) Select Size: - Small $11.49 - Medium $12.99 - Large $14.49 3) Select Free First Boost: - None - Daily Vitamin Zinc - 3G Energy - Whey Protein - Soy Protein 4) Vitamin: - Soy Protein (+$1.15) - Whey Protein (+$1.15) - Daily Vitamin Zinc (+$1.15) - 3G Energy (+$1.15) 5) Whole Food Boosts: - Whole Food Boosts - Nonfat Greek Yogurt (+$0.75) - Peanut Butter (+$1.15) - Kale (+$1.15) 6) Premium Boosts - Coconut Whip (+$1.15) 7) Frozen Fruit - Strawberries (+$0.50) - Pineapples (+$0.50) - Peaches (+$0.50) - Mangos (+$0.50) - Bananas (+$0.50) - Blueberries (+$0.50) - Kale (+$0.75) read more

I am not sure why the rating for this Jamba is so low. Considering the airport craziness, this location is great! There's a touchscreen kiosk to place your order, so no waiting in line. After ordering, there's a separate pickup window, and multiple employees work quickly to prepare everything. It took me about three minutes to place my order, get my juice and a few bites before heading to my gate. A great healthy stop if you're in Terminal 3. :) read more

I stopped by this Jamba to get a drink. The price is on the higher end because it's in the airport but getting a regular bottle drinks in the area is near the same price. I got the small strawberry surfrider and use the self kiosk to place my order. They made my drink in a decent time but it wasn't like filled to the top. The drink was good and customer service was simple. read more

I'm so tired of paying $6+ for a protein bar at airports, I felt I may as well get a smoothie for $12. Well, typing it out, that math doesn't really math... but I would argue a smoothie is a more complete meal. This is one of those things where you just order on a big ipad thingy, which I hate. Even if it's dull, I'll take human to human interaction over a screen any day. LET THE KIDS PLAY! I also ordered under my pen name, "Finesse Middleton," because I really wanted to hear the employee yell "Finesse" when my smoothie was ready. I need those small laughs to make it through the day sometimes. I got the pb+banana protein smoothie because I'm trying to get JACKED. Almost got a water too, but that was $6 and it would have destroyed the unit economics on my airport meal. Smoothie was the poster child for 3.5/5, but it did get the job done. Filled me up way more than a quest bar ever could. Plus, no upcharge to sub oat milk for 2% milk. You gotta love that. Shoutout to Jamba, keep doing your thing. IG @jnov_ Tiktok @jnov__ read more

I got 2 of these burritos, which sound amazing and delicious, but they were the smallest things ever and gross! They are about the size of my palm (way too overpriced) and the entirety of my first 2 bites were basically raw dough. Very disappointing. read more

Husband and I were thirsty so decided to share a large. Yes, it was more pricey because it's an airport location but not as overpriced as I thought it would be. It's been a long time since I've had Jamba, but razzmatazz was always my go-to, so we shared a razzmatazz. It was as I remembered although there was a bit of a slightly metallic/strange aftertaste. The real star of the show was the service though. They were literally cleaning up when we showed up, but they still agreed to serve us. We were their second-to-last customers. Initially, we just thought to share the cup. However, we then decided we wanted to have separate cups. First, we asked for another straw, which they gladly gave. Then, we ended up asking for a small cup. She not only offered us a larger cup but also a lid. Very thoughtful, especially because they were clearly closing up for the day. For that experience alone (and similar to what others have mentioned here), I would come back. read more

The day before thanksgiving and of course the airport is busy, but i wouldn't come here again if this is what i was gonna receive. My smoothie was the most watered down $10 smoothie I've ever had. Definitely need some training here. If I'm paying that much it shouldn't be like that. 3 employees working, not busy, stopped taking orders and turning lights off 45mins before close. read more

Average jamba. Good option if you want something non coffee or non alcoholic. But man, airport prices...get ready to spend $10 on regular size Jamba. Better value to get large for 50 cent more. They also have handheld snacks like pretzel and waffle. May be better option than the coffee shop next door if you don't want to wait. They share a shared table/dining space. read more

The girl there working 6/27 at 12:30 with all the piercings in her lip is SO rude and just acts like she hates her job. Everything is ordered thru a kiosk and I had a quick question about a customization and after her ignoring me for about 3 mins she finally snaps around very aggressive and says I'm working and walks away. read more

Arrived and used the kiosk so got to skip the line . The smoothie was delicious, and the woman at the register seemed very professional even asked me if I needed a cup of ice for my soda I bought from there . I'm glad they allow employees to play music I can't imagine working in a quiet place . Very satisfied read more

Jamba - White gummy - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Los Angeles, California

It's a Jamba (Juice. Ugh, I remember Juice Club days). This one is not great, but when you're in Terminal 3 and don't feel like a heavy meal, it's a decent option. When I was there, there was only the option of ordering on a touch screen. The touch screen was a little finicky, and also, when I requested a receipt, there was no obvious place for it to print. No employee offered me the receipt. I got the Go for it blend, which has kale, mango, matcha and caffeine. While it's economically smarter to order a larger size, I didn't want to consume that much liquid before a cross country flight. The smoothie was expensive, just about $9 for 12 oz. Honestly, this being an airport location, I wouldn't mind, if the person had bothered to make sure to fill the cup to the top and also to fully blend the fruit (there were huge chunks of mango left that were too big to go through the straw). But for 5 extra seconds of blending and an extra shake of the container, this would have been a 4 star visit. They also have non-juice options like breakfast sandwiches. read more

This actually should be a ZERO! Mango smoothie has no taste and it costs $12+ for medium. Disgusting. Unfriendly staff.

The smoothies taste great, the cost is more than reasonable for an airport and the service is fast...but the ordering process is completely self checkout. The problem w that is one of the registers is broken and the other is barely hanging on, so a bit of a mission to order. Plus there are staff standing right there but either can't or won't help, so it just becomes to impersonal and ineffective. Grab your smoothie, just be prepared to work through the ordering process. read more

Chaos. Probably 10 people working but only a couple are doing anything. Takes forever to get your food and the workers are unhelpful. One lady was eating Ramen noodles behind the counter looking at the long line. read more

This is the worse customer service experience you could ever imagine. 1. No one takes your order. You enter your order on a computer and hope for the best. I get it, this is the way of the future. However, It only works if someone actually prepares your order. 2. Twice they claimed they never received the order. So each times we tried to talk to someone... anyone... and no one talked to us until some guy who wore different color jersey - a manager perhaps - talk to us. You only have to re enter the order, he says. Well, the first time, we did... the second time...we still didn't get our order. We asked to talk to a manager. That guy walked away. Some other employee talked to us after waiting another 10 minutes. But she had nothing to good to offer. We had to leave for our flight. There is literally no customer service at this place. This ain't America! This place is a joke. There was about 5 workers there - one of the young lady was working very close to the cashier but was too busy ignoring us. If there is an owner to the stupid Jamba Juice place - wake up and check out this place. If it is a franchise - the franchisee should check his or her employees for a soul! It's not because you work in an airport without any other options that you have to let go of a good customer service experience. Shame on this place. In addition, they charged us for orders they said never went through. This is called theft. read more

Understaffed perhaps due to holiday. Waited with many other customers for 25 minutes before I had to leave without my drink made in order to catch my flight. I wasn't the only one. I don't like how you have to order online. The touch screen was very finicky and the card reader was unclear took forever to figure out. The customer service was not great as the people working were slow and were pretty disrespectful when giving customers their food. I was noticing this while waiting 15+ minutes for my egg sandwich. It took me asking an employee if they forgot my sandwich for them to then make it without even saying sorry for the inconvenience. (And yes, they did forget it). Overall, the food was decent as I was very hungry but would say I don't recommend this place and would search for a different option if available. read more

My plane landed before the start of business. I had some time to spare so I dozed off waiting for this place to open. When I woke up there was still nobody behind the counter!
