I love Jamba Juice, but I never really crave it. So this visit was cus my friend was treating lol. I normally get the White Gummy -- on their secret menu! You gotta look it up. But today, I got the Matcha Green Tea Blast Smoothie. It was pretty good! Definitely recommend if you like green tea. Staff was friendly, service was quick. Nothing bad about it! I usually love Jamba Juice, but this location is lacking. I've been here a few times now and every time there has been a wait. The last visit, there were 4 people ahead of me already waiting for their orders with only one girl making the smoothies. So it was a 10+ minute wait for my order. I ordered a strawberry bowl which comes with granola and topped with bananas ad fresh strawberries. As the cashier was assembling the bowl, he stopped to take someone else's order, handled cash and then proceeded to assemble my bowl again. He did put on gloves but did not wash his hands before putting on the gloves. So pretty much he put on dirty gloves. I used to work in the food industry and that was totally unacceptable. I have never tried Jamba Juice until about a month ago. My dad bought back an orange smoothie for me from this location, and it was the best smoothie I have ever tried out, even from a location that I've never been to before. First I'd like to say, "Sorry, this review ended up so LONG" I do love the Acai bowls and usually get one at least 3 times a week. I usually go to this location on Eastern, but in the last few month I go there less and try to go to the other locations or just went to Tropical Smoothies which I love but they don't offer any type of bowls, which I have mentioned many times that they should start. Usually the staff are so friendly and accommodating, no problems. But on this one visit, I mention to the staff after ordering, that if the banana is old or over ripe please don't use it, cause the last couple of times when I got my order the banana was horrible and it killed the whole enjoyment of my bowl... the lead's response was "we have no control on the banana's, that is what we have". that simple upset me, and I said "yes, you do have control, you simple don't use it." "Why would you even put a over ripe banana" Then to top it off I ask to see the banana cause the peel was dark, the girl making it shows me, and I tell her "okay its looks good", then as she is finishing it up, and her HAIR goes in the bowl, cause she doesn't have it up, so I tell her "your hair just went in the bowl....." then I tell her, that I don't want that bowl, to please make a new one... all the while she is making faces and rolling her eyes, in the end I get my bowl and my twist and leave, not happy with this experience. I stopped going to this location for a few weeks. Needless to say, I did start going again, drove off a few times when I saw the same girls working....decided to try and give them a chance again, go in and watched every move has she made my bowl, and she had her hair up, but still did not use gloves during the whole process. Tonight I went in again, and when I ask to see the banana, again she made a face, when I got the bowl she asked if I need a bag, I said no (cause I wasn't getting a twist just the bowl), and I said to her, " you really should put your hair up", again I got one of those looks. and left, as I was driving off, I decided to go back and get there names cause I felt I needed to do the survey this time. When I went back I asked for their names, and of course now they wanted my name which I gave them. She wanted my number but because I knew I was going to do the survey, management will get the review report, that provide all the contact information. Haleigh (who was the Shift Lead - receipt says her name is Marian) and I spoke a bit, where she said "they been trying to accommodate me", if she knows the problem why is Lexi still not using gloves or have her hair up where it is not hanging where it can get into the our orders. she said she would start having her put it up higher. So much more was said, but this is long enough as it is..... I wonder what I Department of Health would is it the rules or is Jamba and exception here in Vegas? I always watch what happens when my order is being made, since returning to this location. read more

Save your money and go to either Tropical Smoothie down the street or one of the real juice bars in the vicinity. Tell me how this policy makes sense: You order a drink. They make the drink and have about 25-40% extra left in the blender that they are going to toss. You ask them for the remainder in a small cup since it's going in the trash and they refuse ! They say it's policy to throw away excess and not give it to the paying customer who ordered that drink anyway. On top of that, stay away from their peanut banana smoothie. Stick with Tropical Smoothie's Peanut Paradise. I told the girl it tasted like water and she tried to give me excuses instead of remaking or offering another one. The girl who works here said " we just accept the cash because the credit card machine is not working today" I understand the incidence, luckily I have enough cash to pay my order. Way overrated smoothie place! My Mango-a-gogo smoothie was very "soupy" and chunky! Mango bits kept getting stuck in my straw creating an inconvenience to me since I had to open my lid and remove the chunks. I only come to this Jamba Juice ad everyone is normally friendly and helpful. My go-to is the Acai Berry Antioxidant smoothie. I add kale and lean balance. There's lots of other add-ins you can put in as well! I add the orange C booster when I'm feeling a little sick. I get the energy booster shot when I have to stay awake- it actually keeps me up better tham coffee!!! There's even cute little kid sizes here with princess straws. So cute. I also love the Kale-rribbean Breeze smoothie and the Caribbean Passion. Customer service is always a 10+++. By far my favorite location to get my favorite bowl. I had not been here in a while, and I love the Mango/Peach bowl which isn't on the menu anymore. The booths were comfortable and the layout of the store was nice. The smoothie tasted fresh. Our pretzels came out stale, without hesitation the sales associate replaced the pretzels with fresh ones and apologized, "she even said let us make it up to you" which we declined because she was already so sweet.
