I had a gift card that was causing some troubles and the cashier was very helpful and accommodating in getting it to work.

While waiting at the front, we could hear the baristas chatting and laughing quite a bit. It gave the impression that there wasn't much urgency, even though several cars were waiting in line. We really do love what this business stands for and genuinely want to support local places like this. However, based on this experience, the long wait time, lack of order accuracy, and food quality makes it difficult for us to justify returning. :(
