Tastes refreshing and you feel like it's actually doing something good for your health. Just tried the dairy-free chocolate chip soft serve and it was surprisingly delicious -- super smooth and not overly sweet at all. Hit the spot! Next time I'm definitely getting the Dubai Style chocolate sundae and an acai bowl. I love that they use clean ingredients with nothing artificial. Makes me feel way better about indulging a little. When an employee finally came over, the first thing she said was, "What are you getting?" with no greeting or apology for the wait. I asked which protein juices were available because I didn't see any in the fridge, and instead of helping, she just handed me a menu and said, "They're right there." The interaction felt dismissive and unwelcoming. Customer service and basic friendliness go a long way, especially in a place that promotes a positive wellness experience. I walked out . My parents absolutely love this place, and it's always been one of their favorite spots for sweet and savory snacks, so I genuinely thought it would be worth waiting for. 11:00 AM came and went. Then 11:40 AM. At that point, I felt like an idiot standing around waiting for a business that apparently can't even keep its operating hours updated. I decided to check their Instagram, only to discover that it says they open at 12:00 PM. Seriously? How hard is it to update your business hours across your platforms? Despite already wasting nearly an hour, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and wait until noon. 12:20 PM rolled around, and they STILL weren't open. That's nearly an hour and a half of my time wasted because this business can't communicate something as basic as when it opens. I understand that things happen and businesses sometimes open late, but having conflicting hours posted online and then not even opening at the later advertised time is completely unacceptable. It's misleading, disrespectful to customers, and incredibly unprofessional. What's most disappointing is that I actually liked this place and my family has supported it. But good food doesn't excuse poor business practices or a complete disregard for customers' time. If you can't consistently open at your advertised hours, at least have the decency to update your listings or post an announcement. Customers shouldn't have to stalk your Instagram or waste their entire morning guessing when you'll decide to open. I genuinely wish I could give zero stars. This experience was beyond frustrating, and it completely changed how I feel about this business.

First time at this location and it's on the smaller side. The variety of flavors weren't bad and there were enough flavors to enjoy at least one flavor. When I saw the Guava Passion Tart, I knew I'd had to get it. Got a fruity variety including the new seasonal Spicy Strawberry Watermelon Sorbet, Plain Tart, Pistachio, Strawberry and of course the Guava Passion Tart, my favorite! Added toppings: Cap'n Crunch, Fruity Pebbles, Bubble Burst Strawberry, Maraschino Cherries, and Rainbow Mochi. All delicious and not too sweet. I guess my one complaint is that the yogurt ice cream is a bit watery and not as frozen. The only one that was perfectly frozen with a good consistency was the Spicy Strawberry Watermelon Sorbet, since it didn't have any yogurt in it. It did have a little bit of a spicy kick at the end. Can't say it was a harmonious flavor of strawberry and watermelon. Although it leans more strawberry. Overall, enjoyed all the yogurt ice creams tried today. Customer service was great! Only one person working, but she was friendly and kind. Reward system is offered by signing up online or in-store. You get 50 bonus points when you sign up online or via app. You get 2 points per dollar spent. Earn 100 points, you get a $5 reward. Free birthday treat. There are 3 level tiers that you can maximize on benefits. If you are looking for a particular flavor offered at your local Yogurtland, you can go to their website and click on Flavor Finder by zipcode or location. Located at Falcon Ridge Towne Center.
