It was easy to find, it was right on a strip of businesses on Palmetto. I walked in to cheerful place, but no customers at the moment. 3 employees were chatting. When i stepped up, only 1 actually noted I was there. her name was Becky. I mentioned the bowl and she said they didn't have that offer. I found it on their Instagram. Apparently they are a franchise model and the post was done by only 1 location. I was a little bummed, but Becky said, you know what, I will take care of your bowl. I wasn't sure what to get, but she mentioned one with peanut butter and bananas and i was all about it. I left, after the the order and enjoyed a very tasty bowl. And I will be back. Hopefully to the same positive vibes as this visit.

We also both got the bagel bomb -- it was more like a croissant stuffed with cream cheese than an actual bagel, but still delicious. Mine came out piping hot, and the cream cheese was scorching too, so I had to let it cool before taking another bite. They also have juices, water, and other grab-and-go bites in the cooler near the front entrance. There's seating inside and outside, plus a covered corner area near a green space that was really nice -- that's where we sat to chat and sip. I know there's a location closer to home for me, so I can't wait to check that one out too. Overall a nice place with delicious drinks and small bites. You get what you pay for -- it was $25 for both our iced drinks and bagel bombs -- but I get it, and I wasn't disappointed with the quality. I'd definitely visit again when I'm in the area.

Banana bread is super in right now & it's for a good reason! I don't even like banana bread but the flavor goes so well with coffee, especially cold brew! Top 5 cold brews I've ever had. The staff was so so sweet, when I ordered they even asked if I wanted extra paradise sauce (who doesn't want extra??) 10/10 no notes. The sausage & egg is obvi solid but the sauce does push it over the edge. I would like to check out the other locations- this was one a decent size, good amount of seating in & outside. This is the first location of The Seed that I've been to, so I'm not sure how other locations compare, but this one was pretty small in general with limited seating inside. Luckily my fiancé and I got there while it was empty, so we were able to choose two of the four bar seats along the wall across from the counter. I had a latte with almond milk and house-made lavender syrup, and we each had a classic croissant sandwich. Latte with house-made lavender syrup: I really enjoyed this. My fiancé described this as a "mix of coffee and tea", which I think was fitting. The lavender syrup sweetened the coffee with light floral notes and the latte was a great balance between herbal, floral, and creamy overall. Classic croissant sandwich: The egg patty was pretty thick, I'd say just under a 1/2" thick. It was packed with bacon and cheese, and the sandwich was toasted the way I liked. The croissant was buttery and flakey, and overall I enjoyed the sandwich. There wasn't anything unique about the sandwich though, it was just a solid breakfast croissant sandwich that was made well. No special sauces or other ingredients. I guess that's why it's the classic. The staff was nice and pleasant, and our food and drinks were made in a reasonable amount of time. I do think the food and drink were a bit overpriced for what it was (our bill was ~$40 for two sandwiches and two drinks), but they say the ingredients are all locally sourced so I'm assuming that's why. Overall, this was a great experience and I'd certainly choose this The Seed over a larger chain coffee shop. Just know that the dollars can add up quickly here!
