My wife and I ordered acai bowls via door dash. They were very good except they forgot the peanut butter and there was next to no Nutella on it. We paid extra for those toppings but didn't get what we paid for. Other than that the bowls were great . Hopefully next time will be better. This is one of my go to places for smoothies. And I really love the location. I really do also love the app because they make it so efficient. They always have awesome specials and you can save 15 to 20 minutes. This place was packed and slammed when I came. I placed and paid for my order through the app while leaving the office to save time, expecting it to be ready upon arrival. However, when I got there, I was told my drink hadn't even been started. The reason given was that they've been receiving fraudulent orders, so they now call customers to confirm before making drinks. This policy is inconvenient and unsafe for customers who are driving or may not answer unknown numbers. In all my experiences with mobile orders at other places, I've never been called to verify a prepaid order. It defeated the purpose of ordering ahead and caused unnecessary delay. read more

The workers here are extremely pleasant. I informed them of my sunflower allergy and they politely informed me that I am able to substitute the proteins for something else to avoid consuming sunflower that is inside of the protein blend. Service/Ambiance, I like this place usually the staff is friendly and the smoothies are good but, I wasn't feeling good and needed to use a bathroom quickly and didn't see a sign stating that it wasn't a public bathroom so I went inside, after I finished I went to leave and the door was locked and someone, I don't know if it was a manager or not came at me with an aggressive tone saying that this was not a public restroom, I understood that statement and apologized but I responded with there wasn't a sign im sorry I didn't know. Then she said do I need to put a sign, I responded with yes if you want people to know, I wasn't feeling good and I didn't want to be talked to that way either. I have to stop coming to this location because I always end up feeling slightly irritated when I leave. One time I ordered from the app for a morning smoothie and when I arrived the store was closed. Of course I couldn't call anyone so I went back the next day. I showed the guy my confirmation and a video of the store being closed. He was like, "well you want a free one?" LOL Lord this isn't a free smoothie I paid and y'all was closed; what are you talking about? I'm not trying to get anything for free but whatever just give me a smoothie sir. Then I bought a smoothie from the inside and the barcode on the receipt wasn't working with the app so I asked if they could scan the barcode in the app. Mind you I asked to scan the app barcode before I got the receipt and was told, "you can scan the bar code on the receipt " -sigh- listen there is no one in here but me. The question running in my mind is, why is it so aggravating to you that I want the points? They also don't take Mastercard just fyi. I wont get on the parking or lack there of. They have many different categories of smoothies to choose from such as MR for meal replacement, various dietetic and very healthy selections. The staff is great! They will split a smoothie into two cups if you desire. They are friendly and keep the Smoothie King spotlessly clean. It's a great place to go on a hot day and cool off with a sweet treat!!! I had the same experience as the person in the prior post to this. The girl at the counter told me to go get my drinks out of the cooler and then when I didn't hear her she said "I said go get them!" The front door has a sign on it that says customers must wear masks, when I walked in there yesterday with my Moscone neither of the two staff members had that mask on.
