Popped in here for a to go order since I was craving a bowl. Too much açaí, not enough of the strawberries and coconuts ordered. I think it should be a bit more balanced with oats, fruits, or whatever toppings one decides. Maybe if the açaí was more tasty I wouldn't mind. The pricing was good and I like the way the toppings are displayed. It felt like a frozen yogurt spot. I would like to try something else next time. read more

Was recommended this place by a colleague bc they are one of the only acai restaurants that serves unsweetened acai. I was not the biggest fan of their acai (sweet or unsweet), I thought it was a little too liquify. Their toppings were of a great variety and were pretty fresh but just wasn't sold by the acai. read more

West Boca just keeps on appeasing my wants by accommodating my weaknesses. This time....Acai! The latest addition to the growing Acai bowl market is an authentic one because of its native background. The fruit Acai is native of Brazil, and staying true to the roots, Kingdom Acai is Brazilian owned in a part of town that I call "The Brazilian Strip". Found here is a plaza with other native establishments such as Banco Brasil, Boca Brasil Meracdo, Pichana Brazil and the wonderful bakery Casa do Pão. To keep up the cultural immersion, inside of Kingdom Acai you'll see some of the digital flyers on the screens with words written in Portuguese. The shop is done very tastefully, as upon entry you immediately see a wall boasting all of the fruit's known benefits. Different than other Acai bowl shops I've been to is their offering of bases to fill with. Instead of Acai, you can use another native fruit called Cupuacu, which is white and more tart. If you want to go alot sweeter, you can use Milk Cream, which is basically like condensed milk. You can mix two if you'd like, then move on to your toppings, which has a bit of everything from fruits to granola to seeds, honey, and more sweeteners. One thing I'm starting to notice in Acai shops now is that you can certainly make this healthy superfruit bowl unhealthy real quick. But it's all what you're feeling that day. Maybe some days it's a power meal before/after a workout, others it's an indulgent snack. They have a great smoothie menu, which definitely looked healthy. Also, tapioca is sold there, which is a Brazilian wrap that can be savory (think mozzarella and cheese) or sweet (think honey, banana and coconut shavings). So you can come here for several different dining or to-go experiences. Great addition to one of the town's small but best plazas! read more

I was in the area and wanted a juice or smoothie something healthy I saw this place and decided to try it. why'd I do that. I ordered the one with Spinach, oranges etc. I think number k24 or 42 and asked the clerk to add ginger. Price was kinda reasonable so I figure this might taste good. First sip proved to be very disappointing! This was gross! As an avid smoothie and juice drinker I was super disappointed . Not what I expected at all. It was watery like totally watered down and the dredge from the ingredients were floating around in the juice which tells me that it was not cold pressed or really juiced & strained it was more like blended fruit skins and water. This did not give that smooth juice taste. It felt like I was drinking flavored water. Unfortunately they will not get a second visit from me. Very underwhelming considering that they had great presentation nice clean facility and fresh ingredients on display. Recipes and execution need to be sorted out because this was a disappointment. Omg $21 for a small bowl !! Ridiculous. And you don't know until you weigh it. Anywhere else doesn't charge nearly that much for the size of what we purchased. And lastly they ask for a tip when it's all self serve ! Won't ever be back there ! read more

The place is immaculate in cleanliness. The açaí had a bitter aftertaste. They are not generous with the toppings considering what they charge. They could not or would not verify if all of the toppings were gluten free . I will not be returning and don't recommend it. read more
