My (American) palate may be tempered when it comes to heat however. I've had some pretty hot Thai and Mexican food in my day. The balti was my favorite thus far, with quite a complex flavor and nice chunks of vegetables to go along with the meat. I'm still a rookie when it comes to Indian food, but I'm learning fast and will shed that label soon enough. I'm making my rounds to some of the other Indian restaurants in the area.

I have eaten in once and was very impressed, it's small and doesn't seat that many but the service is very good and the food is exceptional both in quality and price. I love my food and like to try as many different variaties as possible with Indian being one of my favourites. This place is superb. If you are ever stuck for a meal their takeaway banquet is superb value and tastes great - you get to choose a variety of starters, mains and side dishes for a set price.
