Basic but value for money.
5 of us visited on a Sunday evening.
The interior is modern, bright, clean & airy, although it has more of a cafe feel than a restaurant.
The large bar area serves a good range of beers, wines & spirits all of which are reasonably priced.
The staff we encountered we're all polite, well presented & efficient.
The self service buffet is of both Indian & Chinese food, which is great if you are not familiar with the cuisene's as it gives you the opportunity to try everthing.
On one side of the buffet area was a good range of cold starters, salads & pickles. On the other side was the hot buffet divided between the indian & chinese selction. Nan breads were made to order & included in the price.
The quality & range of food available was good & at £12.95 a head represented good value. The buffet area though was a little cramped & if the place is busy you might have to que (unless they move it to another area when busy).
Not the best place for a romantic dinner for two, but if you want an unfussed bite to eat on your way home from work or night out with freinds before hitting the town then you can't go far wrong with this place. read more
