My (American) palate may be tempered when it comes to heat however. I've had some pretty hot Thai and Mexican food in my day. The balti was my favorite thus far, with quite a complex flavor and nice chunks of vegetables to go along with the meat. I'm still a rookie when it comes to Indian food, but I'm learning fast and will shed that label soon enough. I'm making my rounds to some of the other Indian restaurants in the area.
