we have used indigos for about a year! absoolughtly brillian and exeptional on food standards and pricebest we have ever tasted and have reccomended to friends! a couple of weeks ago we ordered, and they told us it would be a hour, then my wife fell ill, think it was to do with a farm we visited earlier that day, we rang to cancel 10 mins later, the phone answering guy/boy was extreemly rude telling us it was nearly cooked! after 10 mins of us ordering when they stated it would be a hour before we recieved it, my husband gave his apologies but the phone answering extreemly rude guy/boy just put the phone down, next night my wife felt better so we tried to re order, phone answering guy was again very rude and stated he would have to ask his boss if we could order again! even though we must have orderd at least 50 times before this, boss was fine and gave us the go ahead, but phone guy was mardy, my husband offered to give the delivery driver a £2 tip, when food arrived, which did (on time, piping hot and gorgous as ever) driver was told to charge us food plus the £2 tip which was to go to the phone guy!how frigging rude!! instead of just charging us for the food he had charged us the tip my husband promised delivery driver aswell!!,,,gorgeous food, brilliant prices and well worth the waitbut i am confused, is the boss of indigos in charge or the phone boy?? discusting people skills!!!!!shame as i say again, food is brilliant!!! read more
