As in you cannot purchase a reptile or handle one unless you are 18 years or older. WE LOVE TO SEE IT. Other than that they have a WIDE variety of goods and brands if you have more "common" furry friends aka dogs and cats. And when they have sales, like when I went for, Black Friday, the sales were for an entire week afterwards and their store hours are for an entire 2 hours after normal hours. It was also 20% what I believe is the entire store AND some other deals as well. Good stuff! Staff was also friendly and helpful. I think they also have dog grooming and either a boarding or training area. If I'm ever in need of extra UVB lights, I'll check them out!

I used to go to a clinic and saw that this location was nearby and went to get some goods. It's definitely more cat and dog based of a pet shop, but they have some neat things like anesthesia free teeth cleaning services and a dog wash station. Sadly nothing for us exotics owners (many such cases), but my brother does have a cat at home so I got him some treats. I'd probably be more of a frequent customer if they were a bit closer but they have a decent selection of treats, toys, supplies, and standard food and litter. I can't comment on the dog stuff, but there was more Churu flavors here than I have seen at other pet stores. Not bad!

Agustin helped me out a couple of years ago when I had to move my Mom out of her home and into an Assisted Living Facility and had to re-home her two large birds. Agustin found a buyer for her Moluccan Cockatoo at a fair price and a home for her other bird. I continue to frequent Agustin's for a feeder rat for my daughter's snake. I have noticed prices have gone up considerably over the years but what hasn't. I do appreciate their frequent feeder mouse/rat card and that they use double paper bags for the critters because they do like to chew free. They always have a great display of reptiles and birds I like to walk through, too. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for your reptile and bird needs.

i want to preface this by saying i am a nervous wreck whenever i leave my dogs with anyone besides…read morefriends and family, so finding sitters / boarding we trust has been an ongoing struggle, especially for two dogs. my babies rosie and hank have been going here for the last few years, and we've really come to love and trust this place. hank is a super friendly goofball who always acclimates to groups easily, but rosie is a little nervous gal so she takes a bit to warm up to the group. sometimes i'll watch her on the doggy cam and she'll just be sitting in a corner watching everyone play. but after a few days, i've watched her get used to her new dog friends and even start playing! i don't think that would be possible without the owners and staff creating a caring and warm environment for them. also once i checked the cameras and i saw someone sitting on the floor while all the dogs piled onto them and it was the funniest / sweetest thing i've ever seen. a massive cuddle pile full of happy dogs with wagging tails. they won my trust completely after that. thank you for creating such a wonderful environment where both animals and their owners feel safe and cared for. it's a rarity in this world!

I have visited this store a handful of times with my little girl dog and pretty much every single time that we have visited, we have always purchased something for her. On our last visit, we ended up purchasing her these Canine Marketplace Chicken Chips. As our little girl is getting older, my husband and I started cooking all of her meals (she no longer eats any kibble. Honestly if you want to know, a lot of dog food out there is actually poor quality which actually could be a large contributing factor as to why your pups are getting sick. I have been told by a few veterinarians that if you were to cook for your dog, it would most likely eliminate most needs for any digestive issues and diet related problems that pets have). And because she is on a particular diet, we don't typically purchase treats for her anymore. But have discovered this brand of chicken chips, as the only ingredient is just chicken. Nothing else is included (Farm to Pet is a larger brand that also has single ingredient treats but surprisingly it is cheaper per ounce to purchase this brand). So we come here to purchase these chicken chip treats for her (surprisingly only a few places sell this brand online... and although we may rely so heavily on Amazon to purchase anything and everything, they don't sell this brand). She just loves these treats and I feel good knowing that I can give her these treats and that they are shelf stable (although we do make her chicken, it stays in the fridge. This is nice that I can pack some of these chicken chip treats in a small container and put them in purse so that I can have them on hand for her when we are out). We have also purchased other treats for our little girl in the past (when we were not cooking for her before) and have always had great customer service. We are always greeted by an employee, no matter if we enter in the front or the back. And also having a friendly employee who greets us and our little girl at the register. Overall, this is a great pet store and am glad it is here.
