I found a couple things I would come back for, but had just shopped and spent a lot so I was only looking. As I was leaving, I complimented Mary for greeting me warmly. I expected her to say "thank you" and then I would leave. But she started chatting which lead to her telling me about her art and jewelry. And I also asked if the owner was hiring. Her demeanor was unfriendly from the start no greeting, no smile, and she looked me over with a slight frown. When I asked about the Arrata brand, she told me they no longer carry it, then directed me to the back area and said the items there were 50% off and that I could check the rack in case something was there. After spending about ten minutes searching, I found an item. At that point she changed her story and said the price on the tag was not 50% off and that it was full price. This was completely different from what she originally told me. My family and I have shopped here before, so this experience was disappointing and unprofessional. I came specifically to purchase a Mother's Day gift, and the lack of courtesy, clarity, and consistency made the visit unnecessarily frustrating. She blew it Lulu, we will never come back and we will pass the word along. Be nice to everyone afterall we keep the rent paid.
