Horrible Customer service. Started out with stale chips which we sent away. Then I ordered a quesadilla & iced tea. My friend's dinner was steaming hot & delicious. Mine was cold. So I sent that back. I didn't even get a "I'm sorry". Then we go to pay & the staff charged me $2.18 for the iced tea. Seriously? You may think this is a small thing. But any other restaurant would have apologized & not charged me for the iced tea. This is horrible customer relations & will make me think twice about eating there again. read more

I've eaten here before but it's been some time since I've been back. Honestly, the margaritas aren't as good as I remember but the food is much better than before. I had a new dish that I've never had before called burrito California. What an amazing burrito this is that completely filled up the plate smothered in cheese and crisp sides then covered with grilled shrimp. This dish must be the staple of this restaurant because I can't get it out of my mind over a week later. If they could just clean up their margaritas, they would have me back as a weekly customer. Overall I think this restaurant is back in the hunt and should have customers frequently happy. If the margaritas were better I would actually give it five stars but it seems that every restaurant thinks that drinks are just OK they will continue to build a customer base. If anybody is like me, the fantastic drinks bring me in for the fantastic food and will keep me there forever. I hope the owner sees this and recognizes the importance of a really good cocktail for the customer. Update 5/31/19. Went back and they remembered me, experience was complete 360 from last. Overall not bad. Food is filling but a bit overwhelming on the different tastes. I ordered the Burrito Supreme was liked it. They go hard on the beans, barely any rice. Guac is fresh, so that helped a bit. Not a bad spot for Authentic Mexican on the go. read more

Always an amazing experience here!!! My husband and I love coming here!!! The food is excellent every time, no matter what dish we try!!! The margaritas are also amazing!!! There was one customer here tho that continually complained and complained and told all the staff and managers that came by that he was very dissatisfied. Every member of the crew here tried to make his experience better, tho he just snubbed his righteous nose up at them and told them he was going to post HIS experience here. I sadly have to update my review. This place has gone down hill in the past few months. The food has not been fresh & the chicken has been over cooked. However, my most recent trip sealed the deal. We won't be eating there again. The kids chicken was re-cooked and so hard and dry. My shrimp smelled off, but tasted ok. After a few bites I started feeling ill. We have just recently discovered this little hidden gem in salina, we have been to others and had a good meal and good time....this has some really good food, cheap margaritas...(with alcohol in them)!!...some of the names have been changed comparable to other Jaliscos, but same concept in the meals. Have been there on the weekends when not traveling, and always had good food....the guys that work there are superb...have had some problems with the older lady, she seems so distracted at times and forgets things alot...Sometimes her attitude doesn't seem the best, they need some faster help that wants to be there...The last time we had her, she did seem a bit more cheerful...I would highly recommend this place to anyone...the price is reasonable and very clean and great atmosphere... read more

Jalisco's is by far the BEST and most CONSISTENT Mexican food in town! The employees are always helpful and friendly, the restaurant is immaculate, and the food is generously-portioned, very well-seasoned and just plain tasty! It is our go-to restaurant for visiting family, who are always up for a visit or carry out. Try something new here (Mexican Chilaquiles is an awesome dish).
