The two beers I had were great: Malcolm in the Mittlefruh and Helles Knows I'm Miserable Now (which I'm positive Morrissey would love - or would he just cry in it?). Once the closest bar to my home, I now live on the opposite end of town, yet I'm compelled to make a stop here whenever we're having an Uptown night. Especially on a Friday late afternoon/early evening because the bartender is a really cool lady and I've seen her masterfully handle a HH crowd. We were also in a slow summer evening it was fun chatting with her. They have a perfectly cold and bubbly Prosecco, which is really all I need but should I ever been in the mood for a blueberry mojito, they are legendary here. I also appreciate the back bar area although the last couple times it was a zillion degrees and sitting in an open air courtyard wasn't happening for us. It's incredibly nice out there when the weather is less brutal. In the meantime, I'm perfectly happy inside where it's a perpetual Sunday mass.
