Every employee is knowledgeable and willing to help. Every firework has a number on the sales sign that has a video linked to it so that you can see what it does. Prices are very reasonable and a wide variety of price ranges. There has been a sales rack everytime we have gone in with good deals on it. When you make a purchase you get some free rockets! Very quick service at the register and an itemized receipt. The only downfall is they do not have set operating hours. Look for the waving flags to let you know they are open.
