I ordered birria tacos and a loroco pupusa. The birria was tasty and savory, as to be expected. Like most people, I dip my tacos in the broth because it's delicious. She took the time to offer us thoughtful recommendations, encourage us to sample different oils and vinegars, and even shared ideas on how to use each one.
