terrible service... I was walking around with my friends and I grabbed a zagnut bar and then I put it back because my friend said it wasn't any good. So then she accused me of trying to shoplift because she claims she "saw me having the candy in my hands" I then proceeded to empty ALL my pockets and then realized she was wrong. So after visiting this gas station a year ago and having a horrible experience (the cashier treated me like I was a bother when I paid for gas) I decided that it had been long enough that maybe it had gotten better (or maybe they hired someone who had heard the words "customer service"). Well, it may have gotten worse. Mind you, I never leave bad reviews to businesses because I realize that sometimes you may catch someone on a bad day, etc. but I've had to write 2 bad reviews on this Royal Mart because I refuse to be treated poorly by a business for absolutely no reason. This visit I waited while the cashier was chatting up a customer who she obviously knew and I thought "oh well she seems nicer then my last visit". Well as soon as he left I told the cashier I needed just a few bucks of gas to get home (and yes I only had quarters- so sorry) and she just looked ate with disgust. I sarcastically said "ok you have a great day too!" But she ignored me. I just get this feeling like they don't want any new customers and they're perfectly happy treating people poorly. I went in there and paid for my gas but I was chit-chatting with the lady behind the register because she was complaining about this customer had to pay in all pennies nickels quarters I got $10 worth of gas she gave me to fives back and I guess what the Chit Chat earn in the book bickering of her slandering the customer had to pay in pennies and dimes I forgot to pump my gas I pulled out basically got it the light turned back in and pulled into the pump with a car are they pulled into the gas pump he used his debit card so they call cool I'll go in and talk to the lady and see if she can reset the pump for me well simple Celeste didn't know how to do it she says you just lost your money there's nothing I can do I'm like what do you mean there's nothing you could do I literally just pulled out pulled back in the guy paid with a debit card it's just like at the pump timed out you can reset the pump with $10 back on the clock and I can get my gas well then she got belligerent with me got hateful as hell I said well I'm going to talk to the manager she says he just had a stent put in his heart and he doesn't have time for this at the well I'll call the cops she's will call the cops big boy and she cussed me out and handed me the phone I said what what's the number she says I don't know look it up so I decided to go out to my car get my cell phone and call the Staunton Police Department I decided to wait outside because I did not want to create any more of a scene that was already created for the Staunton police show up she comes running out the door I want trespassing paper to put on him mind you this woman is a simple-minded backwoods retard and I told the cops it ain't no use I will never come back in here anyway but he had to fill out the paperwork anyway he went in there checked out her transactions I said yeah it showed where you paid $10 in gas it showed where you didn't receive guess it's the next transaction was actually a debit transaction he says but it's out of my hands you would have to take her to civil court look for $10 it's a joke but it's the simplest of I can't believe I had to go through all this and also get trespassing papers and to be honest she probably seen me pulled off and took the money and put in her pocket she looks like a meth head she looks like the Tales from the Crypt character read more

Once again I found myself having to get gas at this location. I entered the facility to a conversation about one of her coworkers being an ignorent "dumdass" anfld how she needs to be fired immediately. She proceed to complain to another coworker who agreed with her by saying " if she has enough complains and screw up she'll be fired soon." I found it unprofessional about how they plots her being fired openly infront of customers at a public facility thats supposed to be family friendly. This time I didn't say much to the attendant because once again she gave an attitude with me like I was bothering her from her gossiping. When i requested my ticket she told me the printer is messing up and it was a previous shift person that messed with it. I excepted that comment and went to go pump my gas, then finally left. If I knew who the facility own was or her manager, I'd gladly report her immediately! As for my opinion someone like that shouldn't be employed at a public facility (too much petty drama and personal gossip) read more
