I have rented from this location before without issue, however last week when rented the truck I parked the truck in front of the business and he refused to take the keys because he stated I needed to park it in a different spot. I didn't know it would be a big deal as long as the truck was parked on the premises. My most recent interaction on 3/21/26 was very concerning and unprofessional. When I returned the truck, the gentleman asked if I had a photo of the gas and mileage. I told him I did not, but he was welcome to walk outside and verify the information directly from the truck. He became belligerent, and instead recorded incorrect gas and mileage information and attempted to charge me additional fees that was not accurate. Due to the disagreement and the way he was yelling at me along with the incorrect charges, I contacted the police to document the situation because I felt I was being treated unfairly and charged improperly. This situation could have been easily resolved by simply verifying the information at the vehicle, but instead it became a very uncomfortable and unnecessary confrontation. The gentleman was so upset I didn't go get the information he told the police officer he wanted me trespassed from the property. Hints I would NEVER go back I had proof of the gas mileage before I pulled off. It's a good thing I took the photo. I just want to save someone the TROUBLE. Also the truck was all beat up. I have always tried to handle situations respectfully and fairly, and I expect the same in return from businesses I work with.

Do NOT come here!!…read more My husband and I rented a Uhaul here. There was a kind lady helping me at first, but then the business owner stormed right in and took over. She is rude! But she was beyond rude when we were a day late in returning the uhaul. Circumstances just got in the way of me being able to return the truck when I said I was going to, and she was ticked off. She yelled at me! I told her to calm down b/c she kept trying to talk down to me. The next day my husband returns the truck and she has him return twice to fill up the gas to the appropriate line (which he had already). I read review AFTERWARDS, and she is not nice whatsoever and she will try to get more money out of you. She complained out loud in front of customers to my husband about me and when he said, "My wife is a queen, she bore my 5 wonderful kids," the owner said, "No wonder she's a bitch!" Can business owners get away with this?!! I will try what I can to warn people NOT to come here!! She doesn't give a damn about how she treats you! This business is going down!
