They answered all of our questions, were friendly and personable, but didn't hover or pry. They offered us water and coffee and were just nice in general. I also received a free power train warranty as long as I get my oil changes there! We purchased the car in January 2018. I have been back for oil changes, and just recently my battery had an issue. I get out of school at 5pm, and they close at 5:30pm week nights. I live 35 minutes from school. I went to the service department and explained my issue, at 5:10pm, and they happily took my car in to replace the battery. They didn't once mention it was almost closing time. Despite the relatively low mileage since the rebuild, Ford has declined to warranty or support the repair. This is extremely disappointing. A rebuilt transmission should reasonably last far longer than 38,000 miles, and Ford's refusal to stand behind its own work reflects very poorly on the brand. Additionally, the customer service I received from the service department was unacceptable. Rather than offering assistance or accountability, I was simply told that nothing would be done.

I was told I wouldn't qualify for the same APR if I declined it. That influenced my decision in the moment. A few weeks later, when I called to ask about canceling, KJ in the finance department gave me misleading information. He told me I should wait a few months to cancel to avoid fees--when in reality, waiting would have reduced my refund. Canceling earlier would have resulted in a full refund. The warranty would have cost about $3,500 over the full term (before interest), and it is only a partial warranty that doesn't even cover key features like Autonomous Driving Systems or other add-ons. On top of that, it is not backed by Toyota--it is a third-party warranty. Overall, the process felt misleading and not transparent. You're better off skipping the warranty altogether.

I finally scheduled a confirmed test drive, traveled out of state, and then found out the morning of the appointment that the car was sold. Completely avoidable and extremely frustrating.

He reassured me only $200 would be taken out and that they would hold it. So tell me how after speaking with 3 salesmen, the truck was already sold??? No loyalty, honesty or integrity.
