Weeks of delays, generic responses, and zero accountability. I contacted this dealership on Dec 18 about a specific car and kept getting "we're checking" replies with no updates. I finally scheduled a confirmed test drive, traveled out of state, and then found out the morning of the appointment that the car was sold. Completely avoidable and extremely frustrating. read more

I called around lunchtime and was interested in their 2024 Toyota Tacoma TRD Sport. After speaking with MJ about the vehicle, she then texted me after saying they could "hold the vehicle" for me. I agreed and they immediately took $200 off my credit card. We texted back and forth after speaking with the salesman Dasean who also said he'd call if it sells. Then spoke with their "Sales Manager" Thomas. He reassured me only $200 would be taken out and that they would hold it. So tell me how after speaking with 3 salesmen, the truck was already sold??? No loyalty, honesty or integrity. Would not recommend giving them a dime. read more

We came here to purchase a car for our vehicle and were told we could apply for an allegacy business car loan at the dealership which wasn't true. The car also ended up having a mechanical problem right after purchase. Thankfully it was under warranty. They also tried to force us to get the tracking device which we didn't need. read more

Never buy a vehicle from this place. They add on things that you never agree to and the communication is a joke. It's been a month and the loan company still hasn't received the title so I can't even get my plates yet for my truck. Still waiting to hear back from them. I had them ship me a vehicle 7 hours away and it took a month to finally get it done. This place has no idea what they are doing. read more

Never have I, as a paying customer, been spoken to in such a rude manner as I was by an employee they have by the name of Thomas. I would not recommend this business solely on the actions of this individual. He was extremely rude in the way he addressed me. If you do business here, I would just say to avoid him. I wonder how many others he has done this to!? This clearly was not his first time acting this way. Funny how people forget the customer pays their salary. read more

My husband and I bought a vehicle from JH back in May. AC went out in September, not ideal. Took it in, they did a diagnostic and intended to put freon in and have me on my way in several hours. I worked from the dealership without issue. Unfortunately, the freon machine decided to stop working ultimately being unable to fix it that day. Sent me on my way until the part came in to have it repaired. Brandon Lancaster is service handled the situation like a champ! Even with my frequent calls to get updates, he was always professional and kind. Once we arranged for it to come in, it was super quick and they did a great job handling the situation overall. They turned an annoying situation around and that's all they can do. Really pleased! read more

Service department is great. Cleaned up a mess that a quick oil change left at no charge. Courteous and not pushy but thorough

Review: Disappointed in Unprofessional Service I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received. My experience began with an inquiry on Autotrader over the weekend. By Monday morning, a salesman named Colton contacted us via phone and text, even sending helpful walk-around videos of the vehicle we were interested in. We made it clear from the beginning that we lived in South Carolina, would be securing financing through our credit union, and would need a bill of sale reflecting the final sales price and all associated fees in order to proceed. Despite this, Colton repeatedly asked for a deposit without ever providing the requested documentation. We assured him we were more than willing to make a deposit once we received the bill of sale. Monday came and went with no document. On Tuesday (his day off), he said he would come in early Wednesday morning to get us the paperwork--but again, we received nothing. Then, at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, Colton called to inform us that the vehicle had just been sold. By that point, we had already arranged insurance, placed a lien through our credit union, and were preparing to make the two-hour drive to finalize the purchase. This experience was not only frustrating but highly unprofessional. I've worked in the automotive industry for years, and the lack of empathy, communication, and respect for our time was truly appalling. I expected better. read more

took down to have paint sealer done got there at 9 am left at 3 2000 dollars for half done job verry dissaponted in them

The experience started well enough. They had the car that I wanted at a reasonable price. Everyone was friendly and helpful and I got a test drive set up almost immediately. When looking at the price and financing, things started to go wrong. They automatically add LoJack to every car and expect you to pay between 400 and $600 for it. This is not negotiable, and you are not told this upfront. It's in small print on their website, but you are there looking for the vehicle you want and it's not exactly noticeable or flashing or anything like that. The amount they offered me for my trade-in was an insult and I decided not to trade in. They did not offer any finance options I considered reasonable and got 1% less from my credit union by waiting a few days to make my decision. Then, when I'm signing the paperwork I also find out that they have added in an $800 dealer fee. Don't get me wrong, I expected some kind of dealer fee, they all have them, but this one feels excessive. Between it and the low Jack, they added almost $1,200 to the price of the vehicle they were advertising. given the reviews I've seen of this place, I expected a little more upfront honesty and it was, frankly, disappointing. I took delivery of the car anyway because the additional price was not completely out of the range of what it was worth, and they handed over what turned out to be the only key when I was ready to leave. I asked about a second key, and was told that it should be delivered with the tags when they arrived at the dealer. I told the salesperson that I would be very unhappy if the car didn't come with two sets of keys and would be forced to pay for another. I was assured that I would not have to pay for another. When the tag came in, I asked her the keys and was told that there weren't any. Then I was told by the same salesperson that I would have to pay to have another key made. I resent being lied to, but I had already bought the car at this point so I agreed to pay for another key. And the dealer agreed to pay half of the $250 they were going to charge before it. Salesperson told me she thought she could get a better price and would get back to me, but nobody has. I guess now that they have my money, they have no further use for me. I like the car, I'm not completely angry about the price I paid, but I really hate the LoJack scam they are pulling, the additional fees for administrative costs, and the general lack of interest in helping me once they had my money secured. Next time, I will buy elsewhere. read more

Caleb Hoppe really went out of his way to help solve my issues with my new car purchase.

Im going to to start saying that we buy cars in different places and im very disappointed with this one , we enter the dealership looking for a corvette which we already knew they have one bibi help us though the process , we mentioned to her that we was looking to pay cash that we didn't need any financing after talking with her this was a Wednesday its was already late and we mentioned that we loke the car and we will comeback ( me and my husband) the next day BUT she mentioned that she doesn't work on Thursday's so we understand that she already help us a waste time with us we say ok then we comeback on Friday BUT obviously she didn't want to lost the opportunity to make a profit which we totally understand but we ensure her that we like the car but we didn't have the cash wt us , we not carry that large amount of money with us so at this point the manager said that they have a program where you take the car and comeback in 3 months to pay same as cash price so we was like thats amazing then we agree tobtake the car like that , because non the manager or bibi want to lost the sale , when everything was ready thay told us that the finan was so high we was like wait a minute we never talk about that we said 3 months and we comeback to pay the car , well!! To our surprise what they did its run my husbands credit around 13 time thats how many letters we receive im the mail so far , so unprofessional because we mentioned that we DID NOT want any financing , we mentio this to both bibi and the manager that we didn't want any financial situation because we was looking for a house and now we cannot get the loan because they run my husbands credit so many times its crezy , that was at thr begining if December 2023 we in February 28 and still receiving letters from the financial companies , we call to contact people above this manager and everyone act loke they don't know what we talking about it please BE AWARE this place!!!!! read more

I just want to give a shout out to Mr. Jimmy Knox. I bought a 2016 Dodge Dart recently, and that man went the extra mile to make me and my wife feel welcome and made me the best deal possible. I did have to take it in to get the radio fixed, but again, Jimmy went above and beyond to get me in. Thank you so much. read more

They need to stand behind their word... if they stated that they would help with cost of a replacement motor how much would you think that would be? Surely not $500.00. That's Nickels and dimes compared to what a motor cost to be replaced. Will not be doing any more business with them. Do your research read more
