I came back close to the designated time, and when I arrived they said that it would be about 3.5-4hr long wait time due to the volume of customers(which i was 5th in line). While sitting in line another associate approached the one checking me in and said, "hey this guy is here for something with his tires and said he had a 7/8am appointment, do you want me to tell him to f**k off?" Both my husband and I have had similar experiences here with appointment issues where we have been told even with an appointment that our wait time would be 2-3 hours due to walk-ins ahead of us.

I did call. He collected information and came to the same conclusion as me, that the Honda Care purchase I made was not of any value to me considering that the Honda Service Pass came with my new car. I called and Gary answered all my questions and was very accommodating to all my needs. They drove it to me today and I couldn't be happier! It's even more gorgeous in person. The whole process from start to finish was great! This is my 4th and final corvette, as I do not like the C8's. I highly recommend Gary "Maverick". He was not pushy and an all around great salesman. I should know as I am also in sales.

I ordered a spare tire cover on 6/5/26. 3 weeks, 12-15 phones calls later and a dozen excuses why it wasn't shipped we FINALLY received our order only to have it arrive SOAKED in dirty motor oil and left in the middle of our customer waiting area by their driver in a pool of oil (SEE PHOTOS) and a trail of oil spots leading out to the parking area where their delivery truck was parked. I called Peter, he didn't answer, what a surprise, left message that wasn't returned. I called again the next day 7/1/26 and he blamed it on us! Said it had to be from our shop. I said it never went near our shop! Long story short, he refused to help in any way so I called him a few choice words, he threatened me, I said please do and here we are. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH PETER OR THIS COMPANY! YOU WILL REGRET IT I PROMISE YOU!
