I encountered a mechanical issue over the weekend with my BMW and called Terry first thing Monday morning. He answered personally and was honest about the work he intended to do. His price was fair, and his schedule was very accommodating to my work schedule. I ended up needing a follow up visit. His work turnaround was quick, and I never felt like I was getting ripped off throughout the process. What would have taken me a whole week to get done at BMW, took a couple of days with Terry. His shop is also one of the cleanest shops I've seen in the area. He and Paul are trustworthy and honest in what they do. If you have a Honda or a BMW, I highly recommend.

I only went in for an oil change and, when I got out of the car, I accidentally left my wallet inside. I didn't worry because I could pay with my phone, but when the service was done, I noticed they had gone through my wallet: all my cards were out of place and had oil stains on them. On top of that, my car came out with a problem it didn't have before. I heard a strange noise and, when I checked, I discovered that the protective plate had been put back incorrectly and was being held up with six plastic straps instead of the original bolts. When I complained to the manager, she denied everything. First, she said no one had touched my wallet (despite the obvious oil stains on the cards), and then claimed my car had already been missing two bolts--which was completely false--since they had improvised with plastic straps instead of actually knowing how the protective plate should be installed. Seriously, never go to this place.
