Afterwards, he checked in with my husband and provided him with a fairly reasonable cost estimate - comparable to other companies. Triad Cleaning Services performed our move-in cleaning with carpet cleaning on 6/13. They spent a long time there but did an AMAZING and THOROUGH job! The previous homeowner left the home unclean with some mystery gunk on the stove top, a bunch of sticky residue on the floors and carpets that looked trampled over. After James' team worked their magic, the house looks and smells great! They were earnest and hard working, eager to do a good job and it was evident. I can't wait to set up my routine cleanings with them once we officially move into the house!

I think it took them 3 hours or so to install the boards on the floor, lay the padding, and then put down the carpet. They were polite, and obviously took great pride in their work. They did such a great job that I knew I had to replace the generic carpet on the second floor as soon as possible - waiting for the carpet I wanted from Lowes to go on sale again - and now that it's supposed to be delivered this week, I'll be calling these guys again to ask them to install it. I would recommend them 100%!

The only thing you have to pay for is the service fee. Which right now is $85. Although it's an extra $600 for the bumper to bumper they were still more affordable then some of the other Lexington North Carolina High vac places. I even negotiated just a little bit with Jeff and it was a very rewarding negotiation. If you are in the market for a high efficiency heat pump I highly recommend you talk to Jeff Causey of Dillard's. The installation guys we're here in a timely manner. I was amazed at how fast they were. On a 2300 square feet house it only took them a little over half the day. It was just a replacement system but it included a new whole heat circuit under the house. So far the unit is working very flawlessly. The new thermostat seems to be calibrated exceptionally well with the ambient temperature of the house. We even now have better feeling of heat in the finished sunroom that used to not have heat blowing in it very good. We went with the Goodman because of the 10-year bumper to bumper warranty that we added. Even if it just needs Freon next year it's covered. Which is pretty good in this industry. The 10-year bumper to bumper warranty called the Goodman Care policy. If you're in the market for a new heat pump Dillard's is one of the best around to install your new system. Very professional installation sales and service. May God be with you through this difficult time in American history.
