I contacted Otho's to help with mice in our home. Two technicians came out and laid traps for the…read moremice. They verbally told me they would come out two more times to check and fill the traps over the next three months. I paid $100 for this service. After two and a half months I have not heard anything back from them, so I called their office today. The young lady on the phone said that I was supposed to call them if I wanted them to come back out within a 90 period from when they first came. This was not what was explained to me by the technicians, as there seems to be some miscommunication between the technicians and the office. Additionally, I still see mice droppings in the areas where it was supposed to be addressed. Not sure I would recommend them to anybody in the future.
