She is in general not very sympathetic to parents concerns at newborn stage. She's also not in office some days of the week so it takes time for her to repond to messages. We met some other pediatricians when she was not in office, and all of them showed more understanding. We had trouble getting prescription refill too. She insisted us to book an appointment to follow up with her before getting the refill, which took some time and the pharmacy did not have it in stock. Would not recommend for infants/newborns.

He has given me the very best medical and parenting advice and I have always found him to be nothing but kind, caring, honest, and professional. He has provided me with great referrals over the years when I've needed them and his office is very flexible with appointments when there is an illness, which is something any parent can appreciate! From the beginning I never wavered in placing my trust in Dr Butler as I have found his calm demeanor to be extremely soothing under the most stressful of circumstances. He performed my son's circumcision and helped me through his endlessly long and grueling period of infant reflux that felt eternal to me. We still joke about his history of being on the bottom of the weight percentile. Growing up in a military family I didn't have a regular doctor that I saw. Because my dad always worked in navy hospitals and clinics, often when I was sick instead of going to see a doctor, he would just have one come over to our house. I like that my son instead has the stability of growing up with the same doctor that he can trust to talk to about his medical care. I also love that Dr Butler is still working with the same nurse all these years later, Tammy. She's really awesome and gives shots super fast and gentle. Most medical offices these days have a lot of turnover, so it's a great reflection on both Dr Butler and nurse Tammy that they are still here working together all these years later. I only wish that everyone I came across in the medical community were as gentle, caring, and committed as they are because it would definitely make the world a better place.

My child had a pretty severe case of reflux as an infant and he asked so many questions and really tried to get to the root of the problem and came up with a great plan of action. He really seems to care about his patients. He has taken the time to return my calls personally and discuss my concerns. What really blew me away was the phone call I received today. Unfortunately, we switched insurance companies and could no longer see Dr. Bissonnette. I should have let him know at the time, but we got so busy I forgot. That was about 7 months ago. Today he called (yes, you read that right, Dr. Bissonnette personally called, not his secretary) to check in. He had assumed we switched doctors, but wanted to see if I wanted records faxed to our new doctor. He then spent several minutes speaking with me about my child. I could not believe the level of service he provides. I only wish we could switch insurance plans and return to him. I highly recommend taking your child to see him. You will definitely be in good hands!

I came across Dr. B on a recommendation from one of his associates who I have the greatest amount of respect for. I remember being there at the hospital with my new bundle of joy and in comes a guy that is a good 6'5" and the softest, most gentle demeanor. Seeing him handle a teeny tiny baby with white gloved touch was just what I wanted to see. His staff is equally as cool. The nurse practitioner that works with him, Zoe Drosky is equally as capable. The nurse who always does our shots is super stealth like a ninja, before my girl can get a tear out she is already done with 2 shots. Quick and as painless as it is gonna get. Overall Sharp has a really solid team in the Pediatrics branch of this office. Our daughter has been Dr. Berent's patient for 3 years now and not once have there ever been any issues. He has the touch to be a pediatrician, takes his time when she is being fussy and is incredibly thorough when doing check ups. He addresses our concerns with grace and patience, respects our parenting approach, isn't quick to dish out meds for simple ailments and examines our little girl like she is made of glass. A good recommendation here.

When we brought the baby in for his appointment the following week, Dr. Berent was fantastic. He came in and held him for a few minutes and it was so nice.
