I couldn't imagine myself going anywhere else for service! Today in particular, the service area opened at 7:30am and they had me come in at 7:50 (as soon as we spoke!). A shuttle just happened to pull up as I dropped off my car and i immediately got a ride home from a very nice man. My car was done 2 hours later (found leak and patched it and also gave me an oil change). The shuttle came to get me right away! I want to say my service advisor Jessica was awesome and I'd love to work with her any-day. And that goes for everyone I came in contact with. Repairs are so much less stressful with service like this and I'm so glad I started working with a dealership for my repair and service needs ... 180 degree difference from going to a shop and in the best way.

It was failed due to ripped windshield wipers, which would be fine if they offered a reasonably priced fix. Instead, they tried to charge me almost $80 for a pair of wiper blades--a 100% markup over what local automotive part stores charge. With people struggling financially lately it is my opinion that this is very unreasonable. You can go to any local automotive parts store and find windshield wipers for anywhere $20.00 - $40.00, installed for free. In my opinion,​ using state inspections as an opportunity to price-gouge repeat customers is completely unacceptable. So..... 2nd time something went missing from my car during a service call. Also, have issue with…read morethings not put back as they were. Took my car in for oil change, regular maintenance, etc. Tech had to replace the SD card and something that was behind the glove compartment. In the pocket where the SD card is I have/had a couple pens, a little notebook, couple papers, small lotion and lip gloss. In the arm rest I had my phone charger. Attached and kinda glued to the inside of the glove compartment was my trash bag. Tech removed the charger and it ended up on the passenger floor. The trash bag was torn/removed from the glove compartment and left like that. He removed everything from the SD card spot and put everything back except the lip gloss, which is nowhere to be found. So this is the 2nd time an item went missing from my car during a service call. A big gripe: why don't they put things back the way they were after pulling things apart? It's not hard to put the charger back where it was, put the trash bag back on the glove compartment door like it was, and put everything back in the SD card spot. Why do they pull things apart and just leave them like that? Again, it's not the missing lip gloss (which was new and I paid $6 for) which is the main reason for this post - it's the principle. Once more, an item is missing from my car. Thought I would be a customer for life, and indicated that to them, as they treated me great when I bought the vehicle in 2024. Apparently the techs, though, are different. Last year an item got stolen - yes, stolen. It wasn't "misplaced" or "it just disappeared" as they indicated. "Misplaced" means it's somewhere" to be found. And nothing just "disappears" without it being taken. And this year another item isn't able to be found. I'm sure the tech had no use for lip gloss and I'm not saying he took it, but where did it go? Searched the car - every crack and crevice - and it's not there. $6 is a ridiculous price to pay for lip gloss anyway, but such is the economy today, so having to spend another $6 to replace it is just aggravating. Plus, whatever was done to fix that SD card issue wasn't fixed. So now I have to take it back again to hopefully get it fixed. Don't they test this stuff to make sure it's actually fixed???

While my car was being worked on, I waited in their customer lounge, which was very comfortable and well-equipped with free WiFi and plenty of charging outlets, which allowed me to get some work done on my laptop. Also has a coffee machine, and a water dispenser etc. They also sent me a streaming link so I could actually watch my car being serviced in real time. I was told the repair would take a couple of hours and that I'd be contacted when it was complete. I later received a call pushing the timeline back even further. However, when I returned two hours before that updated estimate, my car was already finished and sitting in the lot. Staff had no explanation and only confirmed after checking with staff that it had been done for quite some time without anyone notifying me. To make matters more confusing, there was also internal miscommunication about the repair itself. At one point, someone questioned who had approved a new tire as if it were a "custom part," which only added to the lack of clarity and confidence in their process. More recently, I brought my car in due to concerning brake noises. I was initially told there was no availability for two weeks. After explaining that I rely on my car for work and didn't feel safe driving it, they suddenly found space earlier. I was told I would receive an update around 5 PM after dropping it off at 11am. Once again, I never heard from anyone and had to call myself. I then had to rush to pick up a loaner vehicle, only to be told that my car hadn't even been looked at because they chose to prioritize a larger project. Had I not followed up, I would have had no way to get to work the next day. I am now left driving a loaner with no clear timeline for when my vehicle will even be inspected. Consistent lack of communication, poor organization, and disregard for customers' time make this an unreliable place for service. I strongly recommend going elsewhere. Update: They didn't fix what was wrong with my vehicle and fixed another aspect of my car. The noise I raised concern for came back TWO hours after picking up my vehicle. Before i picked up my car I had to call them to question when was the estimate time i'd receive my car back. When I brought it back I was asked to take it on a test drive with the tech where he proceeded to say yea I wasn't able to replicate that noise but it's really concerning... I have time to look at it today. (this was a Friday). Come Tuesday i haven't heard anything from them and decided to call ONCE AGAIN for any update on my car and the girl proceeded to tell me parts were ordered. I questioned why I have to continue to call them for updates on my car and what was the reason I was unaware my car needed certain parts or what repair is being made. She had no answer other than my advisor should have called and she's not in on Monday's. You have had my car since Friday it is 4 days later, and I am still in the dark about what is wrong with my car and what they are fixing. But don't worry parts are ordered...
