If regularly descaled, the appointment should have taken took 1 hr, but because the house's previous owners did not annually descale, they had it running a bit longer, at about 1.5 hours. Also, Steve noticed an issue with our gas line, so he kindly and complimentarily switched out the screw attachment for us. At the end, we paid a flat fee as agreed upon before the appointment which was lower than other quotes we got, and it was very nice for Steve to replace our gas line attachment for free.
