I accidentally booked incorrectly online, so she called me and fixed it for me and still got me in her chair in less than 24 hours!! I got a wash, condition, blow dry, press, cut, and style, and let me tell you, I haven't had hair this soft in ages!! She showed me how much hair she could cut off while also retaining length, but I told her to go even shorter lol! I was happy with overall the job she did but the color was a little to light. But the overall job was solid. I shared that and she was like come back and I will fix it. So I made an appointment totally expecting to pay for it. She was like uhm the color is free. I was like "say what". She did a great job this is more me, and I really think I am done trying to put color in my hair. She was very happy I gave her the chance to fix it. That to me meant a lot. Most stylists get tuddy when you point out things. Not Teresa she was like ok let me fix it, and she did just that. This is for sure my new salon! She cut it even too, it's a little shorter than I expected. However it will grow back faster that way, plus it's even:) I plan on returning to her to keep my hair right and tight. I went to Hannah, who at first was okay but at my second to last appointment did an awful job. Before my hair mistake color wise, somehow she turned my hair green. That was fixed at the time but I ended up with what looked like a giant skunk stripe in my hair when it went up. I went through the process of calling and asking for it to be fixed, which is already super awkward but I paid for a service with a certain expectation, and they also naturally have you go back to the person who made the mistake which is again, awkward. She wasn't able to, or willing to, fix my hair, just made it a little less drastic and advised me to wear my hair in a totally new and different style than my norm because it would hide her error. She also then refused to dry it unless I wanted to pay for a separate blow out, so it wasn't as obvious to me how little she fixed since I left with damp hair. To lessen my confidence in her abilities, she also got a call from a client, which she took in front of me, where the client complained that she had missed a good amount of spots whilst dying her hair a few days prior. Not a good look overall. My new colorist was very polite in explaining how she'd have to fix my botched color but I'm still a bit salty about what I paid for what I got here.

Which is like a PLUS 100! Melissa is great! Seemingly she takes her time with your hair! The wash was phenomenal!! I swear it felt like heaven! She's into what you want and what best suits your hair, which is advice I love to have. I got flexis done and I am in love! Soon I left the shop, I got like three compliments! The salon is very upscale and chic. The decor is beautiful! Recliner chairs at the shampoo bowls. I am definitely going back and I think I found my permanent hair dresser :)
