Actually been here a few time throughout the years when in Scotland. I do recommend reservations as…read moreit does get pretty crowded on the weekends. I'm sure you may could walk in during the week. It's a cute vibe, modern Asian. A mixture of Chinese with Thai and other Asian influences dishes. There was a bar but not quite sure if it's a full bar. Restaurant alone is beautiful, clean modern feel. Main area as well as more seating downstairs. Service was great, as all the staff were quite friendly and sweet. Started off with some cocktails, and a few starter dishes to share. The lettuce wrapped, compared to the states. This was more soupy than what I'm used to but still good. The prawn and pepper was nice, mussels in the curry sauce was full of flavor. Highly recommend. Also went the wings and crispy duck pancakes rolls I believe, which are basic egg rolls. Mains, the seafood hot pot, plenty of mixed seafood. The filet in sweet and sour which is basically sweet and sour whatever meat you choose. Scallop dish stirred fry style and well as a prawn stir fry dish as well. All we're quite flavorful. Rice dishes are additional and doesn't come with mains. Desserts, a couple of cakes that was on the menu. Everything was quite nice and full flavor.

The guy and I came here with our family for a birthday celebration. Neither of us had ever been,…read morebut some of our family has, and quite enjoyed it. We were a bit early but were sat at our rather large table (in it's own room) as we waited for the rest of our family to arrive. A waiter soon came with a pot of tea, asking if either of us wanted a complementary cup of jasmine tea while we waited. To be honest, and the rest of our family agreed once they arrived, the tea tasted like hot water. No tea, no jasmine. Once everyone arrived, it took the staff what seemed like hours to take our drinks order. As the drinks were brought around to everyone, my boyfriends brother had ordered a pint of irn bru. As I was being handed my drink, the pint of irn bru proceeded to dump straight in to my lap which wasn't the best thing, seeing as how I was wearing a white jumper. Hey ho, I reacted a lot better than some thought I should have and was able to soak up the irn bru with napkins that the rather mortified (2 days new) waiter gave me. I'm sure there was an absolute panic with the staff because it took another 20 minutes for our food order to be taken- new employee not to be seen again. Once someone finally came back to take our food order, I ordered the Kiam-Heung Style king prawns which was a delicious meal. I loved the green beans and it just had a lovely flavour. My guy ordered the firecracker chicken, which was also really tasty. We split a portion of rice and noodles, both were really tasty and added to the dishes. The rest of the family ordered a great selection of dishes, but I feel ours by far were the best. My guy and I had to leave before the bill arrived as our train was leaving so we left our portion of what we owed with the family and headed out. The service over all was really slow, which was frustrating at times. As we walked out, I saw the new employee and made sure to let him know that it was ok what had happened before as he still looked quite mortified when we were leaving.
