They were also the definition of thorough and prepared, even showing up with a Google maps aerial view of the house to mark and show areas to address. Although the focus was the leak, I had other questions and they were more than happy to show future areas to address if I wanted to. The actual repair went well, with again, being punctual (a Miami rarity) and taking care of the issue, including sourcing tiles that would fit and match the houses older style. Their professionalism was present during the entire process. From discussing the project with Juan to setting up the process with July Cruz, who was always on target and in communication with me, was top notch. The crew worked an entire day until my new flat roof was completed. Everything was cleaned immediately and no mess was left. The crew is friendly and the foreman gave me feedback from time to time.
