I would strongly advise against doing business with this company…read more From the beginning, there was a complete lack of accountability in delivering what was clearly outlined in our contract. The work itself was unacceptable -- the stucco finishing was so poorly done that we had to hire another company to fix and complete it. We were also explicitly told that our recently installed gutter guards would be carefully removed and saved. Instead, they were thrown out, and the company refused to take any responsibility or replace them. Now, six months after the project was completed, we are dealing with water leaks caused by a faulty roof replacement. Rather than honoring their warranty and addressing the issue, the owner continues to delay by repeatedly asking for photos and proof -- despite already sending people to inspect the problem in person. Communication throughout the process was extremely frustrating. The owner, Eugene, consistently relied on inaccurate information from his workers instead of listening to us directly, which led to constant disputes and unnecessary stress. It became clear he had no intention of being personally involved or resolving the issues. Overall, this experience has been costly, time-consuming, and incredibly disappointing. Between the broken promises, poor workmanship, and lack of follow-through, I cannot recommend this company under any circumstances. Eugene refused to own up to anything in our original contract, and after poor work, turned this entire experience into a problem that costed us another 10K.

This company's employees were totally amicable to work with from start to finish of this huge job. They removed the old tiles and replaced the entire roof and rotting soffit areas in just 2 weeks. When night rain covered new Polyglass, they made sure it was thoroughly dry before proceeding. Each day, they thoroughly cleaned up roofing debris dropped on the lawn. Communication with Green Home Roofing employees was ongoing. Each day, I called them and they immediately responded with answers to my questions. That way, I knew what to expect each day regarding the kind of work to be done. I saw the roofers carry on with the work nonstop, despite the very high July temperatures they had to endure. They were courteous and smiled at me whenever I came out of the house. An inspector told me, "They did a great job!" It was a difficult job - all flat, but consisting of eight different mini-roofs. On Thanksgiving weekend, I heard water coming into my house. When I walked into the living room I saw the ceiling had broken through and water was pouring in, onto the furniture and flooding the floor. I called both of the owners and within less than an hour, Eli was at my house and on the roof. It turned out it was not the roof, but the original drains that had been poorly designed by the architect. Eli temporarily stopped the water, called one of his crew members to come clean up the mess in the living room, and another crew member to try to clear the drain. When the drain couldn't be cleared, both Eli and Igal personally came back at 7 am the next morning to attempt once more to clear the drain. When they still couldn't, they closed the drain and, with a large crew and several trucks came back again to create a new drainage system. Legally, this was not their responsibility. However, they went out of their way to solve my problem and make me happy. Again, this was on a holiday weekend. I don't know what other company would respond in this way. I HIGHLY recommend them. Their caring and integrity are unmatched.

If you have any problems or issues, then these other contractors tend to act like they have never met you before. That is NOT Xtream Clean. Rafael was professional, courteous, punctual, and transparent. When we saw a spot that seemed to make the surface look uneven or like the sealant was not fully applied, he did not argue with us. He just fixed it. Imagine that! He is not the cheapest contractor, but his work is exceptional, his timeliness is impeccable, his demeanor is exceptionally kind. He is a diamond in the rough. And no, I do not work for him and I am not a friend of his trying to get him some business! I just met the guy. After being scammed or mistreated by other contractors in South Florida so much (and I have only been here 7 months), I am so very grateful for people like Rafael and businesses like Xtream Clean who do business with integrity - a true rarity in the "Scam Capital of the US." If you are in South Florida and need an honest, ethical, competent, and meticulous person to do pressure washing, sealing, painting, then I would encourage you to do yourself a favor and contact Xtream Clean. Now, all I need is all the other contractor specialists who are equally as ethical, then I will be all set.

I called them several times before they finally sent someone to inspect the issue again. Despite my concerns and clear evidence, they insisted the leak was already repaired. I had to wait for the next rainfall to go into the attic and take pictures showing the leak was still present. It took almost a month of persistent calling before they came back in July to check the leak again. They claimed it was fixed, but the problem resurfaced in June 2024. I called them again, and they sent another worker to fix it. After the next rain, I found the leak was still there and took more pictures and videos. When another worker came to evaluate the situation, he said he would send the team back. When the workers arrived, they called the manager and explained that the wood was damaged and needed replacement. This repair was supposedly included in the original contract, but it had clearly never been done. Now, one year later, the damage was worse. The manager contacted the owner, who then told me I would have to cover the costs of labor and materials for the repairs. At this point, I was too frustrated and ended up hiring another company to finally fix the leaks properly. Based on my experience, I do not recommend T&E Roofing. Their service was unprofessional, and they failed to honor their contract. Save yourself the hassle and find a more reliable company.
