I had Lifta respond via AAA to replace my flat tire. My technician was actually great. He was…read morepersonable. It was snowy and he worked quickly so I could get on my way. Unfortunately, the spare tire wasn't tightened (Which I didn't realize). I stopped twice on my way home to double check to be sure I didn't have a second flat tire. I only drove the car home that Saturday, and my husband drove it Monday morning to have the tire replaced. It didn't go any other place. My husband also thought he had a flat. When we took it to be replaced, the service tech sent us a video of how loose the tire was. Well, the loose tire damaged the tire studs. We had to pay $406 to have new tire rods put on. We have a video showing the loose tire, an invoice from the service department saying the damage was from the spare tire not being tightened. AAA and Lifta refuse to reimburse us for the $406. Sad that the tech was so nice, but this is terrible service.

Caldwells towing and recovery showed up to recover my vehicle within 15 minutes of being called. The driver Tyler was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing he handed me a business card recovered my property from the vehicle for me and shook my hand there truck was very nice lots of lights shinny red paint and the driver was so professional. My vehicle was safety taken to the impound lot and upon arrival at there office/ lot a couple days later I was impressed there office was super clean all the staff was professional and nice as could be they had fresh snacks and drinks set out for free for customers. There lot was clean and they even had a gold cart to take me to my vehicle that was in there lot so I didn't have to walk where a driver assisted me with getting my paperwork out of my vehicle for my insurance company I plan on getting my vehicle taken to a shop for repairs this coming week and I'm definitely going to use there towing company to transport my vehicle thank you guys so very much and God bless.
