I've been with Dr Choi for 10 years now. He's still Las Vegas' top doctor in my opinion. Dr Choi…read morelistens to my concerns and health issues and treats not only the medical problem itself, but makes sure I'm doing well mentally, spiritually, and he treats me holistically as well. Dr. Choi has been instrumental in many aspects of my life - from making sure surgeries go well, to checking on me when I've ended up in the hospital or ICU, and he makes sure that you're well taken care of in all aspects of your wellness journey. He's by far the most understanding physician I've ever seen. Dr Choi is also compassionate, responsive, caring, and very understanding. I can tell Dr Choi any and all issues I may be having and he either finds the right treatment (while taking my opinions and concerns into consideration as well) or he knows another physician that can assist if it's not something he can immediately help with. The office staff - Laura, Natalie, Daisy, Ashely, and anyone I may have missed has also been astounding: a big shout out to Laura for being the world's best phlebotomist! I can't say enough positive things about the entire staff. They've been with me through so much, I feel like it's one big family that I'm part of. Everyone knows you there as a person rather than just a patient singing in for an appointment. Thanks to all the wonderful staff and D. Choi for the years of amazing treatment I've received. Dr. Choi will remain one of the most competent physicians in Las Vegas that I've had! Thanks so much everyone!

This doctor clearly only sees patients for the money. She's a horrible person. Seema has a very…read morerude and disturbing personality. She's not humble at all. The worst medical experience I've ever had. She's very mean and not nice. Even after I had diagnostic proof I have kidney and liver failure. She still didn't want to help even though I have health insurance. She's not helpful or nice. She still didn't believe I was in pain even after my diagnostics says I have liver and kidney failure. It felt like I was in a court room in front of an awful and unfair judge. If I could rate this a 5 star for rudeness I would. I'm surprised she's still a doctor. Ver bad doctor. She didn't care.

This woman kept giving us the Illinois number even though we told her that my coverage was Nevada. I told her that Dr. Anjum would see me anyway. This wasn't an assumption-- Dr. Anjum had told me that she would always see me whether or not I could pay/had coverage. The front desk woman told me that Dr. Anjum had just walked up and told her that she refused to see me without insurance. Okay. I was tearful but accepting. Then Dr. Anjum walked in through the front door. She hadn't even been in the office. I've had odd encounters with this woman a few times. I'm almost blind and simply can't continue to go through whatever this is. I understand that a single employee can change the culture of a whole business. I'm just not welcome here anymore.

Dear Av Resuello, Medical Group,…read more I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding an extremely unprofessional and disrespectful interaction I experience when calling your office to confirm my appointment. During my call, the first staff member informed me that she could not locate my information and then place me on hold. After several minutes, another person picked up the line and greeted me as if I were a brand-new caller, with no acknowledgment that I had already been on hold. When I expressed the confusion and frustration about the situation, instead of listening or asking what the issue was, that staff member immediately. Stated that the police would be called if I came to the office. The response was completely inappropriate, unnecessary and highly unprofessional. At no point did I threaten anyone. I was simply trying to understand what had happened with my call and my appointment. Being met with that kind of hostility is unacceptable, especially from a medical office where professionalism, respect, and commotional should be top priorities. I am requesting that this incident be properly investigated and that the staff involved receive corrective action, whether that be disciplinary measures or formal retraining on communication, phone etiquette and de-escalation skills. Patient should never feel dismissed or theater when trying to receive assistance. I would also like to mention that when the agent who was assisting me called the office on my behalf, that same staff member spoke to her in a disrespectful and unprofessional manner as well. This shows that the issue is not isolated and that the way customer and even other professional are being spoken to need to be addressed. Please take this matter seriously and ensure that no other patient has toa experience what I did. I look forward to a response confirming my complaint has been received and steps are being taken to address this behavior.

First of all, she's a pediatrician! My cardiologist sent me…read morethere for a PCP referral (I'm a senior). I walk in to a room full of people (mostly children) and had to ask a child where to check in because the registration 'window' is completely covered with papers/signs/notices ... seriously can't even tell there's a window there. The only door is semi blocked so it took me a while to see that you have to knock on the door (wth) to even get someone to recognize that you are there. I don't even know what to say about quality of care. So bad! I waited over 3 hours and when I finally got in through the door it is littered with unnecessary furniture and obstacles so it makes it hard to walk through the hallways and get in the exam room, which is an office. I get it, it's a small business and you use what you have but this was extreme. The 'nurse' took all my info, then the doctor came in and did do a good background on me, except for wanting to change all my heart medications without first consulting my cardiologist. Then they made a huge mistake by typing in my name wrong on all the records so between them, my insurance claim, and CVS I now have 3 aliases and none of them are me so it's been a month and I'm still trying to get that fixed. It's really hard to get through to the office. The main number rings and rings and then magically disconnects. IMPOSSIBLE to get through, on a regular basis. When the doctor asked me when I wanted to go back for recheck, I asked for a day that wasn't as busy so I didn't have to wait three hours. She LAUGHED and said it was always like that. Wow. I did make an appointment but have been trying every day calling back to back for 20 minutes during lunch to get through to cancel. I will fax them along with a copy of this review and hopefully they will improve their services to other patients. Worst of all, the parking lot is horrid. There is one way in - one way out. Not enough parking for everyone so best of luck if you have big car/suv. I had to go around the block twice to realize the entrance is on the side street and getting out I had to back out of the IN way because I couldn't make the turn around the building to get out the out way.
