I left a message on their phone Sunday morning, got a text back later in the day, and provided them with all the info they needed. They had a quote for me by 8:30 Monday, were here by 9:30, and completed the job by 11:00. While the price was at the high end of my expectation, it was worth it as they were friendly, helpful, personable and efficient. He had to order the part via the OEM for this older gas furnace but returned when promised and replaced it quickly. Also pointed out that I had a little critter that enjoyed stealing our sunflower seeds and making a home in the control panel. He cleaned that out and inspected for damage. He pointed out issue that should be addressed in the near future but his price was as promised. Very polite and business like, I would recommend him based on my experience with him.

I was explicitly told that the technician they send would be able to assess the situation and guide us on next steps, as they are trained across multiple areas. However, the technician who arrived immediately said this was not his responsibility and that he couldn't help. No assessment, no guidance, no attempt to assist -- just a $200 charge for a visit that provided zero value. This felt very misleading. If the company knew they were sending someone who could not handle or even evaluate the situation, that should have been communicated upfront. Charging customers for a service call without providing any actual service or direction is not acceptable. I would strongly recommend confirming exactly who they are sending and what they are qualified to do before booking.

The steel ring holding the toilet was totally rusted out. But he had the tools in the truck . He not only had the tools in the truck he had all the parts to return the entire toilet to NEW CONDITION and rolled out at 2:45pm and I had a new toilet for HALF THE COST ANTICIPATED . I WAS STUNED. as a register professional engineer he exceeded my highest expectations . He knew what to do, how to do it, prepared to do it, and pleasant and friendly doing it.
