Come Friday, he walked in with a part and said that the buddy never returned his call, but this was the most logical problem. He replaced the part and things work perfectly now. Prior to John, I was told by a plumber that I had major work required that would cost a bundle. I found John to be very personable, prompt, honest, forthright and professional. He isn't afraid to tell you he doesn't know something and he is willing to research a problem. He saved me from going down an expensive rat hole. John will be my plumber until he retires!
