I never mentioned it in my initial appointments because my previous dentist denied there was an issue and I just gave up. Don't do that by the way, I should have immediately gotten a second opinion. I finally worked up the nerve to mention my pain at my most recent appointments and the Dr IMMEDIATELY identified it. He had me describe the pain, he gently messed with my jaw and he poked at the muscle. The fix was so simple it was almost laughable. I have had a lot of dental work over the years including multiple crowns and they just needed to do a bite adjustment. The pain was gone almost literally instantly. After the usual dental visit soreness my jaw felt amazing. I didn't even realize how much my life was being affected by it. I had stopped feeling hunger cues because of the pain, I was constantly in a bad mood. Lesson learned, if your dentist isn't listening to you about your issues, move on and get a second opinion. Thank you Mint Condition Dental for listening to me. You helped in so many ways I can't even really put words to it.

Dr.Derek was very nice as well and both were sensitive about my oral history as well as genuine with how we will move forward. Horrible experience this morning. This office has become pretentious and about fleecing the…read morepublic. They called me at 7:30 AM to fill a spot. I live over 45 minutes away. I said I would take the spot, but only need exam & cleaning (NO X-RAYS D/T a serious health threat and don't do exposure to x-rays for cleaning or "exam"). Employee said "no problem, come on in". I raced over to get there at 8:30, as soon as I sat down they said, "We wont do cleaning without x-rays". And the appt was cancelled, no apology, no exception...total rudness, lies, and no concern for the customers health or time. This is a disaster office...with attitudes akin to the " Covid vigilantes" who don't actually like people. You're just a means to their "monetary ends". Disgusting!
