I asked if he would please work with me and allow me to pay off the balance minute the late fees. We supposed to have no contract anyways, but he was being condescending and quite frankly very rude to me. I felt guilty for my own husband dying and not being able to pay my gym payment. It literally brought me to tears after getting off the phone with him. Now that I still have not been able to get the account resolved, I have to endure another hesitated phone call to attempt to get some help to resolve my account. It was an awful experience. It's not about not being able to get fees removed, but rather how he treated me when I'm in a very fragile state and was trying to do the right thing.

The man that helped me out with my demo was super enthusiastic and pumped to tell me all about Body20. Basically, it is a suit you put on with different points all over your body that provide electrical contractions while you work out a simple routine. There are no weights involved, only your body and the suit. When he turned on the suit and raised the pressure, it was a vibration, almost an electrical current pulsing on my arms, since we were focusing on an arm routine. You have 8 seconds on, 8 seconds off, and the whole routine lasts about 20 minutes, alternating between biceps, triceps, and laterals. It seemed pretty easy to me, but afterwards my arms felt sore like I had worked out at the gym! The pricing for the popular package is around $225/month with no monthly contract, or you can do a monthly contract. Right now if you invite four people to join, your membership fee gets waived. Their new space is going to be opening next to Salsas, and they are excited to offer an alternative option to the gym in the area. I went around 5pm on a Wednesday and although it was peak gym hours, the facility was packed with members but didn't feel crowded at all. Initially, the team member at the desk did not ask me if I needed help so I had to stand around for a bit. She seemed new and unsure what to do with someone like myself, looking to try a new gym and just wanting more info. Eventually another, more experienced team member gave me tour of the facility and I loved all the areas available to workout, the sauna, the recovery area, and how clean the entire gym was. As packed as the gym was, she also greeted multiple members by name, which I thought was really nice. I am excited to continue my 7 day trial at Chuze, but my initial thoughts are overwhelmingly positive!

They are so welcoming and don't give off a snobby attitude if they haven't seen you in a little bit. Each of the rooms have a different class that plays every other hour for 24 hours. Between Hot Core, Hot Buns, Hot Yoga, Hot Warrior, and so many more, I never get bored. The FX weight area in the back is equipped with plenty of equipment. The manager, Ashley is so friendly! While Hotworx is more expensive than your traditional gym setting, it's much more accessible (24/7 hours) than other boutique exercise experiences and is much cheaper than their competition.

I truly loved my time there over the last couple of years. Starting over at a new gym/location can feel a smidge awkward (with any change), but the transition has been way smoother than I expected and everyone at Nocatee has been super welcoming from the start. The gym is always bright & cheery, clean, the classes push you in the best way, and the community atmosphere is still very much there.
