We had an outstanding experience from the moment we walked in. The 16 ounce ribeye steaks were incredible, perfectly cooked, incredibly juicy, and bursting with rich flavor. One of them was topped with grilled onions that added the perfect touch and took the dish to another level. The chicken fingers were crispy on the outside and tender inside, the hash browns were golden and delicious, the scrambled eggs were fluffy, and all the sides including the fresh vegetables and fries were hot and full of flavor. Everything tasted fresh and was served exactly how we hoped. The service was stellar throughout our visit. Lisa was our server and she made us feel like family right away. She was warm, attentive, and truly cared about making sure we had a great time. Her friendly personality and excellent service stood out and made the whole meal even better. The wings were 17$ which is basically as much as the entire steak dinner and they were basically naked and not sauced despite supposedly being garlic parm. The ribeye was tender, very flavorful, and I believe they use a charcoal grill to cook it, so it gives it that extra flavor. We tried out this place on a whim, when all of the restaurants on the strip started closing. We came specifically for the steak, a 16oz Ribeye, every day, all day, for only $22, and if you have been on the strip, you know how expensive meals can be there. When we arrived, we had to ring the doorbell to be let in. The front of the restaurant appeared to be bar and gambling, while the back was set up as a dining area. From bussers to servers to bartenders, everyone has been so friendly and welcoming. I usually go on day shift to visit Lisa (and get some of that Lucky Lisa Magic to win some money on the machines). I've also had great service from Rob and Jay on later shifts. I've had fantastic service with day servers Tracy, Kat, and Lisa 2 (not the bartender). Owner Brian has put together a solid crew that knows how to make everyone feel welcome. When you pull up, the unassuming exterior has ample parking and a door with a doorbell/buzzer. Ring the buzzer and wait for the door to unlock to enter (there's an audible "click"). Once inside, go to the left and around the bar to access the dining room. The dining room is much larger than it appears when you first walk in. There's also the option to find a seat at the bar and cozy up to your favorite video poker machine. There are some non-gaming seats available at the bar. The clientele is somewhat social, but the majority are primarily focused on gaming, drawn by the excellent gaming promotions. The dining area can accomodate larger parties if needed. Reservations aren't accepted, everything is first-come, first-served. It does get busy in the evening and on weekends due to the popularity of the steak special, which runs 24 hours daily. was I primarily go for the steaks, but want to make note of the desserts. The dessert options rotate but are always interesting and tasty. One of my favorites is the Creme Brule' Cheesecake. I think it is a must-try and also recommend the blueberry pie. From the outside, Jackson's looks like an old local spot sitting at one end of a strip mall. Inside is no different. As soon as you walk in, there's the smell of cigarette smoke with a large bar to serve the thirsty. To access the restaurant section in the back, there's a path to the left that leads right into the small waiting area. The hostess will check you in and if you're lucky, the wait won't be long. When we went, the servers were a few ladies that looked like they've been there for years, meaning they know the crowd, they're experienced and talk to everyone like we're all locals. Jackson's is known for their 16oz. ribeye at a crazy price. Every table around us ordered it, and I see why. It's a nice size, cooked perfectly and had nice grill malls and nicely charred edges. We had lunch at Jackson's on Sunday 5-10-26. I've eaten here many times. Our visit last October 2025 was sub par ( I understand any business can have an off day). So we went hoping for a good experience. We've now had Lisa, as our server, the last three times we've been to Jackson's. I find her demeanor off-putting. She is efficient but gives me the feeling that I'm bothering her (I had to ask another employee for a refill because she doesn't bother to see if we needed refills). Long story short, I ask for my steak to be cooked "medium", instead it was rare. I've never sent food back, but I didn't want to eat a raw piece of meat. My partner got two fillets. She stated that the first fillet was good but that the second one was all fat. So I sent the raw steak back. The second steak I received was definitely "done" or "well done". I just ate it because I didn't want to send it back a second time. I won't be going back to Jackson's again. I don't care for the vibe anymore and am not satisfied with the quality of the steaks (based on my last two visits). You had a good run with me Jackson's, but it's time I cut my loses. Jackson's has my favorite steak in Vegas at this lower price point ($22). Deals on food used to be common in Vegas. It's rare now but steaks (usually steak and eggs) are still available for under $10 at a few places in Vegas. The steak quality is pretty low at these places though. These deals are also only valid at bad hours. For example, Ellis Island's deal is from 11pm to 6am. Jackson's price is available during a more reasonable midnight to 4pm window. Jackson's isn't super cheap but it's the cheapest I've seen for what I'd call a good steak. STEAK Jackson's has two options for its Steak and eggs at $22. *1 LB Ribeye (before cooking) and Eggs 2 Eggs any style, hash browns and choice of toast *Garlic Marinated Bistro Filet and Eggs 2 - 6oz filets, 2 eggs any style, hash browns and choice of toast I tried the Garlic Bistro option that comes with two 6oz filets. It was cooked perfectly to my requested medium rare. The steak was tender and flavorful. The eggs and hash browns were good too. SERVICE Good overall. I came at an off hour (I think it was 3pm). Vibes were strange because as soon as I entered it's just a bar there. You have to walk around and behind to reach the dining room. Since I was there during slow hours, nobody was there. There's a sign on the door that seems to baffle folks to the point I wondered if they were closed! But it's just explaining how the bell/door work for entrance. You walk in to a mild smoke smell which (if you're sensitive to everything like me) quickly goes away. We were greeted by the bartender, which is what you walk into first. I don't think I saw any male employees on the floor, just women! Once sat it took a minute for someone to come over. I felt myself getting slightly perturbed but Jessa (J) came over and melted that right away! She explained she had the whole section, and it was a dull busy. Almost packed but it didn't have the feel of a super busy, loud place. If that even makes sense lol. Once I understood and got some bubble water, I was chill. We knew we wanted steaks but the garlic filets sounded tasty but J said go ribeye. She also said go wings over scampi for appetizer. We asked if the mashed potatoes were real, she said boxed, but they do make their dressings in house! I wanted steak sauce, wasn't on the table, wasn't smart enough to ask. Worcestershire couldn't help it either. I ate bc I was hungry but finally said ok I have lemon garlic compound butter and a host of ways to make this better at home, so I decided to pack it up. On the other side of the table... woman wasn't happy w the temp and color of her med well steak. It just looked well. She ate a couple bites and said it was really chewy too. J stopped by and she told her about it so we agreed she'd try a medium steak. She took her plate and said they'd get her a fresh potato too. The next steak was brought and J poked it with the temp stick (woman was using the facilities - which she said if you could hold it, do so) but based on that poke she felt the temp was right. Cool. Woman comes back and has a tough time cutting this one too. She counted over a minute she was sawing away. J came by and saw it and was mortified by how this was going. She offered to take it off the bill and have another one made med rare for her to take. Can't argue w that. J helped me get the containers together to take home - it was a lot of food! She saw the veggies looking said and alone, she said take them home and season them up, which is what I had planned for the rest of the meal. I can't do the texture but know woman eats them so I said sure. Between all of this and her being super busy she was just a kind person. I could see other waitresses being annoyed about the meat and taking it out on the customer. Not Jessa! She approached service like how you want to be treated as a customer vs what's in the bottom line. I feel if someone's reasonable in the request that this is absolutely how things should be handled. She was funny, charismatic, we had loads of pleasant exchanges over the course of our time inside. We were floored by her kindness in still sending us home with a brand new steak and potato! In fact, everyone I spoke with was beyond friendly. Just observing the employees interact with each other, you can tell they foster a very positive culture and work environment. Even the owner Brian was working there. Although I didn't get to speak with him, he seemed like a great guy! After my initial Chicken Fried Steak & Eggs breakfast, I came right back the same day for dinner and got the $22 1lb Ribeye Steak. It comes with a side of veggies and one side of your choice. I ordered it medium rare which was cooked perfectly and so good! I came back for a third time the next afternoon for the $22 1lb Ribeye Steak and Eggs. You choose your meat temperature, style of eggs, toast and side as well. Again, perfectly executed and delicious! Apparently, they have fantastic homemade ranch too. On my first visit, a customer came in just to order eight of the ranches. Then the next day, I overheard the lady at the table next to me said that it was the best ranch she's ever had. You walk in and see a very large bar. The dining room is behind the bar and you seat yourself. The menu is limited. Most likely you order an appetizer, a steak, or a burger. I tried a filet medium-rare. It came with chef's vegetable (green beans) and my choice of side (I picked baked potato). In reasonable time it comes out. The baked potato was prepared very nice with a fluffy interior and it was a nice large potato. The filet was prepared to medium-rare but also was tough and lacked flavor. (2 stars) My husband's ribeye did come out slightly better because the fat was cooked out so it had some flavor and they were able to still cook it medium-rare. But it didn't have much flavor and was a little chewy. The onion rings were cooked nicely. Service was very good. A team of people waited on us and kept up with everything. It's quite dark in the parking lot at night but you know what that hasn't stopped me from going there. There is a dining room in the back, a bar and some seating in the front for 21+ peeps. I like the dining room because, well, I am dining and I have always had excellent service there. Everyone is nice, the food and drinks come out quickly, and I think that the food is a good value. I have ordered their cheese curds and chicken wings on a number of occasions (as appetizers) and I typically get the ribeye steak for my entree. The steak comes with a vegetable and choice of a side (I like onion rings). It's very good (flavorful and tender). Good steaks for $22 in Vegas?? The answer is YES!! I wanted to see if the hypes are real and I was skeptical and when our steaks came out, I thought, here we go. Cutting into it was easy, not tough and the medium well came out a little on the rare side which was actually PERFECT for me! And the taste, it was soft and buttery, not chewy and the best thing was, it was delicious! We went with the garlic marinated bistro filet with no extra stuff cuz we just wanted to taste the steaks as they are to see the flavors. It comes with the chef's veggies which were boiled carrots, brocoli, cauliflower and another side of your choice. We picked french fries and mash potatoes with gravy. The steaks are of good quality, not previously frozen and then thawed out (which is what they claim too that they are never frozen). It was cooked perfectly, charred enough but not burnt on the outside and still slight pink on the inside. It is succulent, buttery soft, not chewy or tough. It's hard to cook steaks that comes out well and they did a great job here! The french fries were thin cuts (not like steak size fries) and the doneness/crispiness was perfect for me. My wife had the mash potatoes and it was perfect too. What we love too was they did not salt their fries or steaks cuz we prefer to salt our food to our liking. Most places go overboard with the salt and just ruined it for us. We also ordered the onion rings as appetizer. They were perfectly cool, hot and crunchy but not greasy. The staff there were very courteous and friendly. Our waitress Rane was very friendly from the moment she greeted us till we the end of our meal. She also was attentive, not just with us alone but to all the tables she managed. She checked on us enough but also let us enjoyed our food too without imposing at all. It was superb customer service! The ONLY thing I wished was better was the smokes coming from the bar. They have the dining room in the back and there were glass panels separating the dining room from the bar area but the panels are only half full, not completely to the ceiling and there is also an entrance to the bar from there too, so you still can smell the smokes in the dining room there. That's the ONLY gripe for me and I know it is a bar and grill so it is a package deal as far as how it is set up. Other than that, we really enjoyed the food and the experience there. We found this little hidden gem on YouTube, while watching steakhouse reviews and we decided to take a gamble on it, because why not when in Vegas?! Parking lot was a little sketchy but overall, easy find. Upon walk in, the bar area is the main thing you see, then you walk straight back and the dining area is there. Hostess was extremely nice, greeted us with a smile and seated us quickly. Atmosphere is your typical bar setting, tables and hightops...TVs with sports, etc. We weren't looking for fancy, so it was perfect for us! Our server lisa, was also very sweet and welcoming! We both ordered the rib eye special for $22.00, which comes with chefs veggies and a side. Everyone in the restaurant had rib eyes in front of them, so we knew we were off to a great start. I ordered mine with onion rings, which were a 3.00 add on charge and my fiance ordered the baked potato. Steaks came out fairly quick, maybe 15 min wait? The steak - delish! Its not going to be a fancy $80.00 steak if thats what you want BUT it was cooked good and tasted good. I asked for a side of teriyaki sauce and that was really good with it! The chefs veggies were green beans, which were not our fav but the sides - those onion rings, paired with their ranch - CHEFS FREAKIN KISS and the baked potato - fluffy and delightful and cooked perfect! Just wait, there's more...I noticed on a little sign, they have dessert - so we had already paid but on the way out, I asked the super sweet hostess if I could get a piece of carrot cake to go and she got that all ready for me. I got in the car and opened the container and it was this delightful thick piece of cake! Do you think it made the trip back to the hotel? Nope, I opened that bad boy up while we drove down the strip. Let me tell you, this was the best carrot cake I have had in a really long time. It was perfectly frosted, moist and just really was the cherry on top of that dinner. I'm down here in Vegas for a quick business trip and one of the guys I know is a local here and told me about this place I gotta go to for a big 1 pound ribeye for just $20 bucks! That's a killer deal and that's the kinda deals you find in Vegas that I don't get at all in Northern Cali! I saw on the menu they have a Cheeseburger 1/2 pounder for $17 busks ... damn, just $3.00 more and you get a whole pound of ribeye? That's a real no brainer! Plus it's near my hotel! The inside look like a typical sports bar, but they have gambling here too as well as a full bar that never closes! No last call in NV! Alcohol 24 hrs! My friend and I came here for that $20 ribeye! You get veggies and potato with it. We went for the baked potato. The steaks cam out and plop wow that's a big freakin steak! It had nice grill marks on it and they were cook as ordered, med rare! The ribeye was tender, especially I like the edge cap meat with all the fat running through it. No, I didn't finish all my steak, I brought back to the hotel about 1/3 of it and part of the baked potato. Might make a good midnight snack!
