I sent photos of how terrible she did and they gave me a full refund with minimal fuss. I was paying for an apartment move out clean and the cleaner was literally smoking in my apartment. They aren't local to PHX so if you're located there your results will vary due to who they contract to actually perform the service. I gave them three stars for proving good customer service after the fact and because my apartment didn't charge me a crazy cleaning fee since the place was not move in ready.

Girls on the go has a deep clean package. They quote between 4 to 5 hours and it cost her $260.00. She did round up to $300. Our homes are around 4000 sq ft. She gave them 4 out of 5 stars. They did a great thorough job. The only issue she had was a bit of mold still in thr guest shower. They do have a policy where if you are not happy with something they will come back. She took care of it herself and didn't have them come back. They had the best price out of all 8 places I gave her to call!

Her husband, Neko, came Sunday morning and cleaned for me. I am no longer able to do much for health reasons, and I felt a little weird having a stranger clean my house, but I quickly got over it as he was very professional and personable. He cleaned 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, dusted, vacuumed and mopped the tile floor in about 2 hours. And it looks great in here and doesn't smell antiseptic. I would highly recommend.
