I needed a new submersible wall pump and the other company could not pull up the submersible pump. I was frustrated with the other company because they only spent about 30 minutes to an hour trying to get the pump out before saying that I would need to use an excavator and that service would cost me an additional $5000. I called Jon and his team and they spent hours working on getting the submersible well pump out and were successful. I went weeks without running water and then several more weeks without water pressure. John and his team found the solution and got my water running with great water pressure. I'm so grateful that I was connected to John and his team at Busby Well & Drilling ! -Brittany

Great, professional company for households with well water systems and/or water treatment!…read more I've had service with C&J a few times within the eight years I've lived in my house thus far. The house runs on a private well system. An iron filter system is a big water treatment component that was installed by C&J some time ago. Most recently, a new media tank was installed since the previous one was about 10 years old and likely nearing the end of its lifespan. The call was made and done a few days prior, scheduling was done easily, and the service/tank exchange was done with no issue. After the new media filter was in place, the technician, Jeff, was sure to run a cycle and stuck around for a few moments to ensure proper functioning. Like previous service calls, work was done promptly and within reasonable pricing. Highly recommended for homeowners with well water systems!

I never received any evidence that he was licensed and he became hostile when I requested a photo of his license and Bond policy number. It took him 4 days to install a new well pump and at least 8 attempts to seat the pump properly and that was with my family and I providing most of the labor. I payed this company $3000 down for a new pump and pressure tank and Mr. Bowling became mentally unstable and hostile when he couldn't fix a leaky fitting he installed on the pressure tank. He finally had a complete mental breakdown and cut the tank out of the plumbing and drove off with it when it was evident the tank installation was beyond his expertise. I found out too late that this company and Anthony Bowling has a track record of cheating, deceiving and exploiting customers. He is unstable and appears often to be under the influence of drugs while he's on the job. Don't hire!!! I had to use one star but it should read as negative 4 stars.
