Great, professional company for households with well water systems and/or water treatment! I've had service with C&J a few times within the eight years I've lived in my house thus far. The house runs on a private well system. An iron filter system is a big water treatment component that was installed by C&J some time ago. Most recently, a new media tank was installed since the previous one was about 10 years old and likely nearing the end of its lifespan. The call was made and done a few days prior, scheduling was done easily, and the service/tank exchange was done with no issue. After the new media filter was in place, the technician, Jeff, was sure to run a cycle and stuck around for a few moments to ensure proper functioning. They go above and beyond. My home had no water and they came out that day and got us up and running again. They also installed a UV light in our system. A year later when it was time to replace the bulb, there was a mixup with my order. Josh went above and beyond to make it right. Will use them for all my well and water issues. UPDATE: Shortly after this review was posted, the owner contacted me via phone to discuss my experience. He was very nice and offered to send another tech out to inspect our pressure issue. The team that came out was very nice and thorough in their assessment. I appreciate their follow up, kindness, and care for their customers. As such, I have updated my rating from 3 stars to 5. I was not advised of the service call fee amount when I called to inquire about the continuous lack of pressure after they replaced our pressure tank a few years ago. Receiving a heads up of the amount prior to the techs arrival would have been appreciated. Although the techs were nice, I felt a bit brushed off and upsold while they were briefly in my home. I will probably shop around the next time I need help with my well system. They also did not ask permission before placing a sign in my yard before they left. read more

Superhero's! This is the best Contractor Company I have ever worked with. I was a Home Inspector for 10 years and worked with a lot of contractors, but C&J outshines every other company. My water well went out on a Thursday, and I called four well-drilling companies; only one bothered to follow up. Erick from C&J called Thursday afternoon and then made time from his busy schedule on Friday to survey my property. I got an estimate in writing Friday afternoon and signed the paperwork at 5pm. Monday morning, the drilling team called and said they were on their way to my house! Upon arrival, they explained the process and kept me informed of their progress. When they first struck a water pocket, they said it wasn't sufficient and drilled deeper, hitting another pocket; once again they were not satisfied and drilled farther and finally hit a good source of water. Most companies do the minimum to get by, but C&J worked to find the best solution for me, not them! Tuesday morning, the trenching/plumbing guys started work and once again, worked to install the best solution for me - not simply the easiest way to slip by and disappear. They put in some extra effort to trench and run the water line, which eliminated the extra cost to have a horizontal boring rig come in to run the water line. It doesn't get any better that that! The first time I called them several months ago they said they could not service my area. Which is a hour south of their shop. Last resort I called them and talked to the service manager which is a awesome guy because he was actually helpful. But then I scheduled them to come out and they were super fast coming out. But then the guy said my pump was going to be special order for $5700 and I said nope that's not happening. I can get the same pump off Amazon for $1200. Then I said how much is it to install a new pressure tank....... $1500, the tank itself is $200 at lowes. I can't with company's price gouging. I'm sooo freakin exhausted dealing with companies now I just do shit myself. At least they answered. I've called "the local well company" hardly answers, months out, never calls back. I guess when your the only company everyone has to rely on you. So business is plentiful no matter how bad prices, or customer service is. When I call and say I need a clean out done on my well, and your guys show up with nothing to do a clean out....... That speaks volumes. I'm done dealing with these companies. Had CJ put a water line from well to detached garage. They did a great job and was very prompt with phone calls when we had an issue. They cut a drain pipe that I wasn't aware of and remedied the problem. Excellent communication and got here in less than 3 business days. read more
