He was very pleasant to work with and was able to get the job done in a timely manner to accommodate the sale of a property for us. The crawlspace needed a lot of work and it looks beautiful now! Jeff is highly regarded in the real estate community as being fair and reliable while doing excellent work and being there when needed. Other contractors weren't able to start for 4-6 weeks and we just couldn't wait that long. I would highly recommend for mold remediation and crawlspace and/or foundation repairs.

I can't recommend Healthy Home Experts enough for a fantastic job they did. I have already had Josh out to quote our next property. Burn the house down?! Truth be told, I didn't call 317 Roofing and Restoration first. I called one of the big-name companies--two-week wait! Their idea of an "emergency" visit? Basically a pricey bandaid. In full panic mode, I found 317 through online reviews and thank goodness I did. Kevin showed up quickly, stayed calm while I was losing it, and got straight to work. He was patient, thorough, and diagnosed the issue fast. The best part? The repair was done same day and for about the same price the other guys wanted for the temporary fix until they could get to me. 317 Roofing and Restoration became my go-to team today. If you want to be made a priority, they should be yours too.

We were upstairs (and on…read morethe other side of the house) but I could hear a weird sound coming from the kitchen... lo and behold, a pipe leading to our water heater burst in the upstairs and poured down through our kitchen ceiling and from there, down onto the basement. After swimming our way through buckets, turning off the water main and sopping up the water in the kitchen, we quickly pulled up Yelp to search for 1.) a plumber and 2.) a restoration business to save us from further, long term damage. By 8:30 AM that same morning, Corbin arrived to save the day. His communication was professional and educational from start to finish. He was able to take a less than fun situation and turn it into a palatable experience. I hope I don't have to see Corbin for quite some time under these circumstances but if you're looking for a swift, clean and professional crew to save you in your time if need, look no further.

By 8:30am Corbin and crew were already at our house with diagnostic equipment and a water damage mitigation plan. He was extremely patient to explain the whole process, start to finish, and even helped us understand the steps to filing an insurance claim. His team worked weekend days to get the work done quickly, and 4 days after we woke up to a kitchen waterfall we were all dry again. Of course, parts of our kitchen had to be removed and demolished to get all the air-moving equipment access to dry out the walls, but even the contractors coming to patch everything back up were impressed with how careful the Restorex team was to only demolish what was necessary to carry out their mitigation plans. So happy we found Restorex when we were up a creek without a paddle!

They put my wife and I through hell for 14 months on a rebuild on the inside of my house. And in the end when they were working off a so called "punch list" we had to fire our contractor. We spoke to a "supervisor" who was rude and accusatory saying that we kept adding to that list. I wish that I had been quicker to react to the sub par work being done in my home. See pictures below. The whole process was a cat and mouse game that they are experts at. They don't honor anything that they say they will do and use cheap materials even if it says on your contract that they will supply quality materials. I would never recommend this company after they showed no interest in making my house what I wanted. Promises made and broken daily. We never were given any specific dollar amounts except the total. This way they can shift the details around to maximum profit. Bottom line is protect your investment.........go somewhere else for work on your home.
