We could call or text and always expect a prompt reply and a taxi. Peter even went out of his way to check in on us after our flight got cancelled, and his colleagues were also just as friendly and reliable. The only "complaint" we may have had was that pricing seemed to vary greatly, but nothing obscene. Coming from a city where Uber and Lyft always outperform cabs, it was nice to see a car service be a more enjoyable experience all around.

I called Lord Car Services, which in my opinion is the best taxi service in town. I had an incredible experience just as always, and I would 10/10 recommended this for anybody in need of a taxi.

Cowboy Cab gets 3 stars from us for a couple reasons…read more We LIKED how the driver came into the airport to pick us up and was patient with us while we installed our baby's carseat. She was very nice and enjoyed talking a lot about the area as we drove in. Our family who uses this company a lot have all had great, friendly, prompt drivers and are always happy with the service. We couldn't, however, get over the fact that our driver TEXTED while driving, a LOT. My husband who was in the front seat actually offered to help her by saying "Would you like me to do something on your phone for you while you drive us?" and she replied with "No that's ok, I'm a pro.". While doing this, she wasn't exactly driving like a pro so it did make us a little nervous but other than that she was really, really nice! We will still call them again next time we are in town:)

It was 2 AM, and he'd been waiting, no doubt, for hours. Every other cab was packed. Rod had also already agreed to take a second person, but when he discovered I didn't have a way home, he agreed to take me as well, despite the fact that my destination was way on the other side of town. He probably got three hours of sleep that night, but that's just how Rod does business. He takes care of people.

Absolute Bait-and-Switch. Unethical and Dishonest Practices…read more After 30 years of booking hundreds of executive and personal car services worldwide, I have never encountered an operation as unprofessional or unethical as United Car Service of Jackson Hole. For our family vacation departure on Monday, we booked an 8:15 AM ride to the airport. When making the reservation, I specifically verified their 24-hour cancellation policy--a terms-of-service clause explicitly confirmed verbally and printed directly on the digital Square payment link they sent me. Due to a schedule change, I called to cancel on Saturday evening--well over 36 hours in advance of our scheduled pickup. Instead of processing the cancellation, the representative hostilely informed me that they have a "48-hour policy" and would be keeping 50% of the fare. Even after I sent him a screenshot of their own live payment link explicitly stating a 24-hour policy, he flatly refused to honor his own company's written terms. Realizing I was dealing with a bad-faith operator, I ended the call and immediately turned the charge over to American Express Platinum customer service to dispute. Jackson Hole has limited transport options, but do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. A business that blatantly lies about its own written policies cannot be trusted with your logistics.

I was shock to see friends/family can greet their love ones right at the gate as we exit. As matter of fact, I think there is only one gate and the baggage claim is right next to it. You don't need to walk far! Haha, I think besides the Santorini airport, this is probably the second smallest airport I have experienced. The airport feels like a high-end cabin/lodge with warmth and cozy vibe. It's small but clean and simple. I didn't even see a security guide. It's so different from city airports. Once you exit the airport, you're greet by breathtaking view of Grant Teton National Park. Yes, that is where I'm headed and the beginning of my 10 day road trip!
