She was very nice and enjoyed talking a lot about the area as we drove in. Our family who uses this company a lot have all had great, friendly, prompt drivers and are always happy with the service. We couldn't, however, get over the fact that our driver TEXTED while driving, a LOT. My husband who was in the front seat actually offered to help her by saying "Would you like me to do something on your phone for you while you drive us?" and she replied with "No that's ok, I'm a pro.". Upon arriving at the lodge, he asked if I would need a ride back to the airport (which I did). He took down my return information and stated that he would call to confirm the day before my return. And even less good -- When I hadn't heard from him by 9PM the night before returning, I called the taxi company and they confirmed my reservation. As I had an early morning flight, I then went to bed and then was awoken shortly after 10 by the driver calling and texting to confirm the reservation which I again did. The worst -- when the taxi was 5 minutes late I called the taxi company again and found out that the driver had slept through his alarm clock, and was told that he would pick me up in 10 minutes. The 10 minutes was actually 20. Since the roads were slick with ice and snow I told the driver to please not rush to the airport, but he still drove faster than safe for the conditions and fishtailed the Suburban twice and slide through a stop sign. While I didn't use them this time, I was told that All Trans is the most reliable winter option for taxi service.
