Dumitru was so kind and helpful! We had to book group travel and it was very easy to do on the website. I had to call a few times to hash out the details and Dumitru was always quick to answer when he could. He was very patient and all my clients were picked up on time. There is the taxi service for smaller pick ups and a more premium service for high profile guests/clients. We did the taxi service and it was reasonably priced for ski season. Dispatcher is the problem, specifically, Dimitri. The return trip to the airport was booked, I thought, through a drive who drove me from the airport to Jackson Hole .. it was not the driver, it was the dispatcher. Dimitri never identified himself nor did he say he wasn't the driver. In the end, I was charged $157 for an $85 return to the airport. The drivers are nice, but Dimitri is a rude, dishonest, and does not deserve your business. DO NOT use this service, they will overcharge you. read more

I needed a taxi from the airport to my hotel and ended up with Steve. Steve told me he drove through town to show me the city and regaled me with his life tales. I was under the impression the ride cost was $45 but was not informed of the 5% fuel surcharge and a 9% processing fee and sales tax for using a credit card. I left a $5 tip and Steve was highly offended, called me out for being a bad tipper and said he felt he served more than 3%. $5 of $45 is closer to 11%, which was my goal in leaving the $5 for a 15 minute, 10 mile trip. Steve definitely was not a highlight of my trip. read more

Our flight at Jackson Hole Airport was canceled and we were given vouchers for Black Car Service. We called the dispatcher repeatedly and each time we were told that several cars were a few minutes away. 3 cars showed up for a huge number of passengers. I elected to pay by credit card before the trip. Driver insisted I hadn't paid when the ride was over even after I showed him the charge on my credit card statement on my phone. He followed me into my hotel and berated me until I paid again. Ended up calling the office and reversing the charge. Still extremely embarrassing. I'm not sure how these guys get business but I recommend finding someone (ANYONE) else. read more

Aggressive driving. I was heading to the airport with my sister and my two kids in the car. We were pulling ahead in the passing zone by the wildlife museum and the driver (license BCS19) cut me off and almost pushed me off the road. Based on other reviews seems to be the norm. I have made Jackson my second home for close to 15 years now. It is a shame to see the aggressive, rude driving behaviors from this company. Tonight I was tailed, had brights flashed at me and aggressive lane changes around me by one of their drivers. This was near the square where there are many pedestrians. I understand that black car service may not care about the safety of people on foot.... but I do. Do NOT drive aggressively and taunt drivers who care about those in this community. Worse yet, when I called the main office to complain I was told "well I trust my drivers" and was written off. You have choices in Jackson- make a different one who cares about this great town. Had a reservation for black car service to pick us up at 9:45 am to give us a ride to the airport and when I called they said 10am. We waited until 10am and called again and they said it would be another 20 minutes. This would have made us miss our flight so we chose to drive ourselves which in turn costed us almost $200 to park at the airport. Do not recommend this car company in Jackson Hole. There are a lot of taxi companies in Jackson but this one was the far best. We ordered a regular taxi and did not no we'll get a luxury SUV, the car was spotless and the driver was nicely dressed and no weird smells in the car. He recommended us some good restaurants to try and some places to visit. I think Tim was the driver, we used these guys all week with no complaints at all. We will see you next year. read more

First things first this man almost ruined my time at my friends wedding. We were quoted $50 for a late night pick up. When we called they changed their quote to $300. We called every other car service to find an alternate but had no luck. 5 minutes after confirming I called back to cancel and this guy was so rude, so unprofessional, and completely unreasonable. He refused to cancel the charge on my card, he claim it was impossible to cancel the driver. This was 6 hours before our scheduled pick up. I don't run a car service but I was flabbergasted by this guy's incompetence. This is my first yelp review and hopefully my last. I've never experience service this terrible and I'm writing this to save an poor souls who might entertain using this service. I would use zero stars if I could. read more

This car service is the best I've ever experienced! Same prices as a taxi, but the luxury of in an Escalade! And if Dimitry is your driver, you will have the nicest guy we have ever met in our travels. There are a few cars in this company and we actually were sad the one day we didn't have him as our driver. They are all wonderful, but Dimitry, we consider a new friend! IN SHORT DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! At $243.36 for a ride from JCA to the Village one would expect much more than a wet, musky SUV. Yes the SUV was black, but far from what one would expect when contracting a "Black Car Service". The Black Car Service website states "We currently have the largest fleet of vehicles in Jackson Hole area, with everything ranging from luxury Cadillac Escalades, Chevrolet Suburbans, Mercedes Sprinter vans to larger luxury mini buses and coaches" In our case, it was far from Luxury, it was an embarrassment. In a full size SUV, one of our passengers had to sit in the wet front seat, simply because one of the rear seats was broken. I can not stress enough how I would never use this service. 5 stars for responsiveness. I scheduled pickup with another cab service two days before for 5 AM to JAC. They never showed, no message, calls went to voice mail. I called Black Car and a live person picked up at 5:30 AM and got a driver moving immediately. A relative volunteered to take me since I was cutting it close and I cancelled the service. NEVER use this taxi service. I shared the ride with another couple who were staying in town - we stopped there to let them out - and then proceeded to Teton Village. The driver charged me $70 for the trip from the airport. That was on top of whatever he charged the other poor bastards for the trip in to town which is ON THE WAY. Uber that evening was approx $40. Driver even had the guts to give me a card "so I could call him for the return trip to the airport. NO WAY, pal. I took UBER and it cost $53. Scammers!!! They picked me up from the Lexington Hotel and took me 5 miles out of town to West Elk Drive at 9:30 am where I was meeting a truck to unload(for work). The charge was $17 and the driver was pleasant...even though he was 15 minutes late. From my experience in other cities, I thought this was high, but hell it is Jackson Hole so I paid it and told him I would call as soon as I was done. Two hours later I called and they picked me up at the same exact spot they dropped me off (different driver) and took me right back to the same exact hotel and demanded $25 for the same 5 mile ride. I showed them the receipt that clearly showed $17 and the Russian speaking driver just said that the first driver gave me the "wrong price". Pretty clear that they were just making numbers us as they went. Im filing a complaint with the chamber of commerce but wanted anyone who looks at reviews to see my experience as well. read more

Unacceptable and unprofessional service. Dropped us off for dinner and told us to give them a call ten minutes before we wanted to be picked up. Called, they didn't answer the phone. Called a couple more times and finally got through to a live person. Told us they don't operate after 11 PM. Never told us that. (And it's not true.) On a recent trip to Jackson Hole for spring break we were driving a rental car to Teton Village for closing day on the mountain. We were in a line of cars and I was following a Prius driving the speed limit due to the abundance of flashing speed limit signs and moose caution signs just south of the resort. A Suburban from this company sped past our line of cars, honking and flashing the middle finger to each car he past. Additionally, his left rear tail light was out. I sure hope the driver felt that was worth it to save a few seconds. Needless to say, I would not recommend this service to anyone visiting the area. read more

I was a part of a group of 12 people that arrived in Jackson Hole for skiing. The driver meet us at the airport with an iPad with our group name and load all of our bags in the Sprinter and took us to the ski Village. He was very patient with our group and stopped on the way there on our requests. We got a Mercedes Sprinter van as requested, clean vehicle with nice and neat dressed driver. We used them for the whole week to drive us around Jackson and no complains at all regarding the service. Their price was lower than other companies we called earlier. This service also runs the Ride2Fly shuttle, and they are awful! Rude, nearly no-show, and should not be in business. Even booking a month ahead and confirming 1/2 hour before the supposed pickup, they were 45 minutes late and we nearly missed the flight. They only bothered to show up when another hapless shuttle rider finally reached the owner at a number she had because she works at a high end hotel that uses their service. Once it became clear that they needed to actually honor this contract or lose money from that high end hotel, they grudgingly agreed to shuttle us. read more

We utilized this service for two airport transfers and had "Glen" drive us each way. We laughed the whole way and had a great time getting to know him. He pointed our several cool things about the area and made the taxi ride a good part of our experience. One good thing about JH is that all the taxi services to and from the airport are the same prices for all the companies, so if I have to pick, I'm going to pick the Escalade with leather interior all day long over a minivan. This was my first time using ABCS when traveling to Teton Village. I book many car service reservations all over the US & Europe and ABCS was by far the most unprofessional I have ever experienced. His car was confirmed for a 5AM pickup to the airport which was cutting it close for the departing flight. The driver did not let us know his location, no one picked up the phone and after 15 minutes of trying to locate my car I was forced to jump in a taxi so I would not miss my flight. The owner responded with nasty emails that about refunding and when speaking by phone told me I will have no choice to use him in the future because "He is the only option" and that he couldn't refund everyone who his drivers did not pick up. Clearly this is a business issue he needs to work on. I can GUARANTEE for future service we will use only Taxis and not ABCS. If i could give him 0 starts I would. Avoid at all cost. read more
