She was very nice and enjoyed talking a lot about the area as we drove in. Our family who uses this company a lot have all had great, friendly, prompt drivers and are always happy with the service. We couldn't, however, get over the fact that our driver TEXTED while driving, a LOT. While doing this, she wasn't exactly driving like a pro so it did make us a little nervous but other than that she was really, really nice! We will still call them again next time we are in town:)
