The excuse I got was "icy roads" and "traffic." I spoke with other drivers, and no one had any issues with the roads; it was not icy. They never apologize. I canceled our return trip within the allotted time for cancelations. They tried to charge my credit card on Saturday. I had a fraud alert and now need a new credit card. Super frustrating. Igor, our driver, was friendly and pleasant. Do not book with Rocky Mountain Car Service if you need reliability and trustworthiness.

I was quoted $110 and $10 for each of the car seats that you would supply for a total of $130. I was assured it would all fit. By 4:05 we became concerned and texted the driver to find out his ETA. Only to discover he was parked on the side of the house where it was impossible to see a vehicle. He could not fit all of us and our luggage in the vehicle so we had to wake a family member to drive 2 of the adults and the remaining luggage to the airport. This rendered the use of the car service useless. In addition, the car seats were not installed so we had to install them in a vehicle that did not have the proper connections for car seats. The amount charged was incorrect, but at 4AM in route to catch a plane I did not argue.
