Not only did CPA-F cost us $175 less for tax prep than H&R did each of the last three years, they saved us money this year in taxes that we've been paying the last few years having them done by H&R B. We'd forgotten that the former companies are simply people trained to fill out forms, not CPA's trained to know WHAT forms you should have filled out, or what you need to claim, and how. It's cost us money in taxes over the last few years we should never have had to pay, because the people doing our taxes didn't have the knowledge a trained accountant does. Even if you think you have the simplest taxes to file, get professional help from these guys. And remember, if you get audited, they will deal with it, and that's a real plus!

Their tardy and unprofessional handling of my business account has caused me financial loss and severe distress. Firstly, I have had to pay the IRS close to $6,000.00 in penalties for various infractions such as non-filing of taxes and late filing of taxes for 2022 and 2023 (Barbara Redding is yet to provide any evidence that she filed my taxes or that she filed for a timely extension for 2023 because I had been adamant that I would not pay any more penalties for late filing). This is in addition to a failure to register my company as an S-Corp. David Kline (listed as a consultant and not a CPA) could also not provide any evidence of registration when I confronted him with the letter the IRS had written me notifying me that my business was not recognized as an S-Corp. I had to register anew with my current accountants. Furthermore, they have never treated me with courtesy. They have a habit of ignoring my emails. I never felt like they were treating my account as a priority. Despite having my business card with all my information on it, they have, in multiple forms, misspelled both my name as well as my business name leading to lengthy administrative issues with the IRS. Finally, they have shown no empathy to me for the distress and financial loss they have caused me leading me to explore legal means of redress for the failure of Classic Accounting to live up to their duties and responsibilities to me. They have employed bush-league tactics to avoid accountability. I wish I could post a zero star. I would not recommend their services at all.

I have gone to file my taxes with the David Torres & family (Torres Tax Service) for a couple…read moreyears. I was recommended by other Federal Agents that I work with. When I arrived, I figured it was a legit family owned business, for it had been around for many years, with a lot of clientele. I am no subject matter expert in Taxes but when I was recommended to David I felt like I could trust him. He seemed like he knew exactly was he was talking about and prepared everything in a timely manner and I received a very generous amount in returns. Well that all was too good to be true when the IRS decided to do an audit on me. Being my first time I was very freaked out, I called , left voicemails and emailed David many many times and received no response. I finally spoke to another Agent whom had gone through something similar. He recommended I call his tax person who is a CPA and IRS approved preparer, which of course I did not know was a thing. I got in contact with her and gave her my prior tax hard copies that were prepared by David and she informed me of the worst! Turns out that David Torres and Family were filing my taxes fraudulently, inputting false information about me and my work. All this was done without my consent or knowledge. I have tried to contact them countless times to get as much information as I could or even answers of to why this was done in the first place but no response. I am now in debt to the IRS with large amounts. Please do not make the same mistake as me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH (Torres Tax Service) DAVID TORRES AND FAMILY.
