I cannot even begin to tell you how pleased I am with this estate planning law firm. LOVED working…read morewith Shawn, he is amazing. He answered all questions and was so patient with my 70yr old mom with all her questions related to her estate planning as well as things that had nothing at all to do with estate planning. He didn't make her feel like a number nor was he in a hurry. He used a white board to show her a pictorial presentation as its quite a intricate process to cover yourself and your family upon your death or even prior to your death when you may not be able to choose for yourself. He allowed all questions to be answered and even allowed her to leave and think about if she wanted to work with him. There was no pressure to sign on the dotted line or even write a check. She of course didn't even have to think about it and asked him to proceed with his specialty. She is now feeling much more at ease, as am I that all the t's are crossed and the i's are dotted. She and I can rest our head at night knowing there are no issues with the estate or trust that could fall apart for any reason after her death. He is so solid that I am thrilled that we have this quality of professionalism in our small town. Don't delay in this important process of life. We all wait too long as my mom has done before getting this important detail taken care of. My husband and I thought if we had a will drawn up that we were taken care of in the event something happened to one of us.....NOT TRUE. I need to get my husband and I back into his office to resolve the entire process of estate planning. I found out today that the will is just a small piece to the puzzle of estate planning. In fact a will means you will surely go to probate with no trust created, which is what we were trying to prevent when we drew up the will. I am coming back to him for my own estate planning. Way to go YUMA for having such qualified, professional people loving on our community and taking care of its people :) Way to go Shawn for being so wonderful to work with.

Amanda Taylor was that attorney and what a find! She even came in on a Sunday, worked very diligently and saw my case through. She is compassionate, honest and extremely professional. Yuma, AZ is a small town, so I'm not saying who the original attorney was that bungled my case, so badly. All I can say, is if you're looking for an attorney who has integrity, compassion and dedication, AMANDA TAYLOR IS THAT ATTORNEY! She worked with me to fix my extremely complicated case and never stopped until she saw it through. Amanda, I thank you, from the bottom of my heart for what you did for me. Yuma needs more attorneys like you!

Amanda Taylor's only concern about my case was making sure she got paid her $60 consultation fee…read more She told me " so tell me what's going on?" And then not even half way through she interrupts me and proceeds to yell at her receptionist "she's paying with debit do you know how to work the IPAY system?" It's like she didn't even want to hear me before she got paid. If any lawyer is that hard up for $60 then they must not be that great. And to top it off she proceeds to show me her old crippled dogs and puts one of them on my lap all while she tells me "so what you need to do now is make sure I get paid my 2,000 so I can start working on your case immediately" . This lady is completely unprofessional and disorganized. And finally, her paralegal apparently made my appointment without telling her or notating it in her schedule so she was not even aware of why I was there nor did she genuinely care it seemed.
